It was a great getaway and I wish I would have stayed longer. Will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was amazing. And so was dinner in the restaurant. Shower was great size and the items in the mini-bar were perfect.

The bed was comfortable. But having two small blanktes instead of just one big one was different. And the pillows needed to be a little firmer. We kept sinking into them and the pillows would cover our faces so we couldn't breath.

Location of my room except that I looked over the roof.

The restaurant on our last night had booked us but did not seat us in the main dinning room...felt like we were being left out.... sat in the breakfast buffet eating area looking in at the folks seated in the finer dinning. Very humiliating. Then, we find out that the decision of what we were going to eat had already been made on our behalf, which would have been exactly what we DID NOT want. Everything except the last night we were there was fantastic. I'd just as soon forget our last night in Stuttgart and the dinning room of the Waldhotel Stuttgart.

Pleasant hotel on edge of city

Property was clean and welcoming - room was well equipped and location good. Parking was a bonus

Cozy hideaway in the woods, very well connected to the city!

Verdant secret location, out of the city in the forest, but immediately adjacent to the metro which takes you into the center in 10 minutes. Super friendly staff; every interaction with front desk or bartenders was an absolute pleasure, and they were so kind about speaking English. The room was clean and modern with a super comfortable bed, marble shower with great pressure, and ours had a nice little Terrasse outside on the expansive green garden. It was such a pleasure to open the doors to the fresh air outside from the forest! We didn't have a chance to use the sauna, but thought it was lovely that the facility was available and robes were provided in the room.

The room came with a Nespresso machine and coffee accoutrements, which we appreciated, but the off-brand capsules were just not good. I think nespresso brand in a gentle roast would have been a preferable start to the day.

As usual, this humain-scale hotel was perfect at all levels. Quiet location, excellent services, quality restaurant and it's our preferred breakfast location. We are never disappointed with our stay here.

Very good

This was our second stay at this hotel. We came back because they allow pets and the rooms are big, modern and clean. There is also restaurant on site which is super convenient for us as we were on a road trip.

The room was big with a nice balcony that overlooked the lawn and forest. We loved how quiet the room was and how comfy the bed was. The restaurant was tasty too. We were travelling with 2 small dogs and this place suited all of our needs really well.

Getting to the hotel is the only drawback but once I was there I was delighted by the people and facility, ease of parking. I love the aroma of the hotel and breakfast was had everything you could ask for. I was pleasantly surprised by the dinner option, the white glove service and quality of the food was lovely.

Its a little out of the way and slightly difficult to find. Also the one-way road in front of the hotel makes leaving the hotel different from coming, so you need to find your way. That said, once you've done it once or twice, its easy enough.
