    No customer service...sent an emal 3 days before arrival date with an enquiry about checking in...didnt receive a reply until 3 days after departure... this neglet lead to difficulty in checking in at 10.pm ...had to find a phone to call local number customer service...tok 45 minutes to check in.. really if u dont have phycial reception at least be curteos and emply people to reply to enquiries faster.... not really happy and wouldntbrecommen anyone who may have some sort of a qurstion or querrie
