Absolutely incredible looking hotel, and very spacious room, short walk to the station (currently under Reno so confusing), walkable location. Can go to Mercedes and Porsche museum on scooter or train. Thank you

I stayed at ARCOTEL for one night in Sep 2026. They gave me ONE twin room & ONE single bed room, even though I booked and fully paid for TWO twin rooms. The single bed room was significantly smaller. The night staff said it was common for them to downgrade single guests to a single bed room. However, that was done without my prior knowledge acknowledgment, or agreement. They refused to change room for me that night. I've sent an email to the manager & still haven't received a reply after 1 week. Not happy.

Nice hotel but very Uphill. At night our sleep was disrupted by a very loud fire alarm. We woke up in a shock and had to run out of the hotel and wait for the firefighters. The whole process took more than 30 mins and at the end we weren’t given any explanation or apology!!!

It is OK, but would try somewhere else if noise and room temperature are a big deal. I would not go back. Pros: + Location is great! Easy to get there from HB + Price for a late book was a great deal Cons - Noise goes through windows, door and walls. Slept very poorly all nights - Room temperature did not work properly and was COLD, like winter cold
