The view, the cleanliness, the bathroom.
The breakfast-choice wasn’t as good, also lots of things weren’t there and were not stocked up.

Information for getting in to the car park would have been helpful

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect. It's one subway stop away from the main train station. The subway exits into a pedestrian plaza area with the public library, a large shopping mall and lots of restaurants, and you just have to walk around the corner to the hotel. It's a very nice area and easy to get to. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very nice.

The room had everything we needed. The rest of the hotel's facilities were good, we used the gym and the sauna was great. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly and more than willing to help.
Although everyone will have their personal preference, I thought the pool was quite cold.

Excellent location near multiple public transport options. Entire facility potlessly clean. Excellent staff. Breakfast was great. No complaints at all...
Nothing.
Could be that the restaurant offers fewer vegan and veggie opinions than for meat eaters.

As usual, very practical and central with the little gym and the wellness area. Directly next to a Metro station. Breakfast is quite good although not very cheap.
This time we noticed that the cleaning was not done very thoroughly, there was a 1 L plastic bottle below the bed and a paper tissue next to it, obviously from the previous guests… seems like the cleaning Personal was not very careful, although everything else was spotless

Great location, close to shopping centre and public transport. Fully self contained, which was nice. Small but a great use of the space
Feather pillows, single duvets on double bed. Couldn’t adjust the air con low enough but at least we could open window/door fresh air

Proximity to Hauptbahnhof(note the 15 min walk is a small uphill walk-entrance to building on the side street- Adina is above the Premier hotel) A huge shopping centre next door. Clean and comfortable. Great view -we were on the 14th floor. Air conditioning to make sleeping comfortable.
You could hear constant dull noise of the underground -we used earplugs at night-problem solved…

Very well equipped for lounging, cooking, washing….
Everything you might need for a longer stay!
Surroundings have all options for groceries, shopping but also walks in city center and beautiful and vast parks.

Great room on a corner so we had 2 way views. Adina is close to the station, although the opposite way to town. We liked breakfast on floor 7. The pool isn’t large but it is smart and clean.

Perfect location near the Hbf in Stuttgart. The weather was awful, but the views from our corner apartment were great. The apartment comes with everything you need for a longer stay including a cooktop and a washing machine.
If you’re not getting breakfast at the hotel and it is a Sunday morning, there is nowhere to get a coffee except the Hbf. Unfortunately as it is an apartment it doesn’t come with the usual hotel amenities such as coffee and tea, so you need to remember to bring your own?

location was fantastic , unit was nice .
The pool was closed and everyday they told us it would be fixed tomorrow . We were there for 3 nights and 4 days and it never got fixed . Also the reception staff told us they would deliver coffee and tissues ... they never arrived . A unit with a kitchen but no cleaning products and no house keeping .

The gym, fast lifts, washing machine in rooms, location, car parking, cleanliness
Mirror in the room is in terrible position. Toilet flush is in a terrible position. You have to wade through smokers outside to reach the lifts - as a result it stinks.

I asked the receptionist for early check in as we had a business trip and had to film a lot of video content. And they agreed to provide us with a room even at 10am without extra costs. We are so much grateful for their care es and kindness!the hotel is situated directly behind the railway station near the big shopping mall and restaurants. It has super big free parking area underground, very nice bar, a swimming pool , cozy gym and sauna. We are super satisfied with the service and facilities.theee is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area in the room, a great view from panoramic windows.
Everything was great

Brand new hotel with everything you would need for either a short or long stay. Tasteful design with enough space, well equipped with a small kitchen, dish wash and washing/dryer machine. The location is close to main train station (you can either walk to the station in 15minutes or take the local train for 1 stop) , the environment is a nice and new established neighborhood, there is also a shopping mall with supermarket and food court right next to it. The breakfast served with good quality cold food varieties. Overall we are very happy with our stays with Adina Stuttgart.
There are still constructions going on around the area, it was a bit hard to find the hotel when we first arrived since the google map was not showing the new road as yet. But once we are there we realize how easy it is to get to the hotel from station. Probably would recommend to have the hotel sign installed on the higher floor / top of the building so you can easily see it from even the way from main station.

We did a "staycation" as a weekend getaway for my husband and I. We live in the Stuttgart area, so it was easy for us to find. The check was pleasant and very easy. Everyone was nice and friendly. They also spoke English if you require this. Our room was a studio and it was perfect for what we wanted. We did not use the Spa or pool, but we checked it out and it was an excellent space. Lots of towels, it was warm, clean, and inviting. In our room, everything was clean and well thought out. We did not use the housekeeping option, but it was available. We ordered food to our room and the reception was helpful in letting us know when it arrived. Bed was comfy, TV was easy to work, and Wifi was good. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. It wasn´t gourmet food, but it was fine enough for us with many hot and cold choices. They had coffee, tea, juices, water etc. There was bread, pastries, cereal, eggs, meats, cheeses, pancakes etc. Check out was very fast and easy. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and we will use it for friends and family that come to visit and need a place to stay. Highly recommend!

Rooms were really comfortable and clean. So nice to have a well equipped kitchen and washing machine, very helpful. 5 minutes walk from main station, and in front of a shopping center, with a nice supermarket. Don’t miss the public library, which is amazingly beautiful, also in front of the hotel! Highly recommend
Nothing. It was perfect!

Facilities and location are brilliant. Staff helpful but not too friendly and welcoming.
Cleaning can be improved. Stayed 3 nights and bedsheets werent changed once! Absolut minimal cleaning such as folding our duvet only…

Firstly, a few words of introduction about the place. The hotel is placed inside a building that contains two hotels. Other one is in floors 0-7 and Adina starts with floor number and goes to the top. For majority of people a good view from a decent height is for sure a plus, but just be aware of that, if you have fear of the heights. Next to the hotel we have some new apartment building with a shopping center. On the other site, construction work - this is the place Stuttgart is creating one if it's "city" areas. The parking is accessable in the same place where the entrance to the parking of the shopping mall is, but for further instructions ask the hotel staff.
Now let's head to the pros:
- the views from the rooms for majority of people are really decent
- the staff at the reception were remarkable - I've had interactions with 4 of them and all were really helpful and interested in providing the best stay possible (one of the ladies, after finding out that there's a problem in our apartment offered an upgrade to a better suite - very good approach to a client)
- the beds were !very! comfortable
- the location of the hotel is central and very good
- basic rooms are quite small but are tastefully arranged
- air conditioning was working very well
- the lift is super fast
- availability of car parking
Now the cons:
- the WiFi network was a public one, not secured, so anyone could access it, even from the street; I discourage anyone to use their mobiles or laptops for any fragile tasks and I encourage the hotel to work on a protected secure WiFi
- the cleanliness of the room - it was not dirty to be precise, but it was also not super clean; some places and... items let's say, were not even touched by the cleaning staff before handing over the room - perhaps some sort of training would be needed here
- the preparation of the room itself - this was a really weird thing, because every single room had something wrong or not done (our group had 2 rooms, and we changed one of them on day 1, so in summary we checked 3): one room didn't have an electric kettle, two of them didn't have the coffee capsules, one of them had a dishwasher "broken" from the start (it was left like that by the staff), one of the cards to one room was not working - I think some sort of a checklist should be applied that could help here, because it's really confusing why every room had an issue; all those issues were solved, so nothing bad happened, but those problems could be easily avoided
- car parking is quite expensive (25 euro per day in 2023), however I understand that this is the reality in this area
In summary, the stay was fine, we didn't feel like we want to leave as soon as possible or anything like that. I could see that the place has a huge potential, that is partially wasted by things that really can be fixed quickly, which is a bit sad.

Brand new and great place to be.
The gym is okay but not the best. The bench is broken and there’s no equipment for pull-ups.

Bed was comfortable, rooms were quiet, blackout curtains were great. The staff were friendly. Location close to train station. Room was clean.
No coffee pods were in my room to use and the washing machine could do with a clean.
