Great hotel if you have a car

This is a very nice hotel with a complete breakfast, very nice staff and comfortable rooms. It’s located in a calm, secluded area of Stuttgart and offers parking.

One important thing to know about this hotel is its location. It’s wonderful if you have a car, if you’re coming by foot from the train station, not so much. It’s possible, but you really need to know what you’re up against. It’s complicated and somewhat of a maze to get there, but the main thing is tothat it’s UPHILL. Google maps will send you to a staircase that is impossible to manage with a suitcase. The web site tells you this, but they then suggest you use the shortcut “through the hospital grounds”. It’s currently under construction, but I kept trying, because the web site wasn’t updated and I figured it was still the best way. I got there in 40 minutes going the looong way around. The hotel needs to update their website to go via Hegelstrasse. They know this, as I mentioned it when I checked it.

Excellent hotel with good food and exceptional spa area

Staff were super nice and there was attention to all areas especially cleaning. They were very good at taking pride in what they do and it didn’t go unnoticed. The spa facilities were exceptional, clean and well maintained. The sauna was a perfect temperature to enjoy properly and the pool was a great addition to the stay. Outdoors there was a nice garden to sit at and the breakfast was 10/10

Great boutique hotel in the hills around Stuttgart

Great boutique hotel full of friendly staff, tucked out of the way in a residential part of town. Breakfast was stellar, the room was small but perfectly formed and the whole experience was great. Nice little pool and sauna and free bottled water.

Not a problem for us, but not close to public transport and a steep walk up.

Great weekend stay, totally recommended!

The room, the breakfast, the staff were very helpful. I went recently with my son to visit the BOSS ATP tennis tournament. The hotel location is great and very close to the stadium. We had a wonderful time and for sure will come back next time we go with our bigger famliy. Thanks!

great hotel for our city break

Welcome on arrival was very friendly, and generally, the staff were very helpful and met our additional requests (extra pillows) Generous supply of free coffee, tea and bottled water for the room. Well stocked and varied breakfast options in a pleasant dining area.

the shower was a little on the small side and the shower head was difficult to get the water in the right direction.

It was ok, but I wouldn’t rate it as a 4 stars hotel.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly. It has a parking (8€/day). We received free water bottles whenever we needed.

No mini fridge in the room and no AC (I always had AC and mini fridge in a 4 stars hotel). The breakfast is a little expensive (18€) for what is offers. In the Booking pictures, there was one big blanket for a double bed (one if the reasons I chose this accomodation), but when I asked at the reception they said they do not have 2 persons blankets. :/

Very clean, staff is super friendly. Bed was comfortable, all good! They put gummy bears in your room, they have plastic cups in bathroom. Water in bathroom is very warm. In general it's very clean and neat!

In SPA zone when you go to sauna you have to be naked, when I say you have to, it means there is a sign prohibiting wearing a swim suit. For me it is a bit of a shock, was a bit uncomfortable, would be great to remove this sign and omit this weird rule. Hence we're international guests :)

Cozy comfortable and happy. the kids did not want to leave the hotel.

The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Drinking water and beverages were very accessible. 24x7 restaurant was a bonus.

The only thing that i was bit surprised was the size of rooms was bit small than expected. But compensated by other positives on the stay.

nice,pleasant and convenient.

location is great, quiet and pretty close to the train station (10min by bike), uphill. All in all the hotel is comfortable and very confortable. The swimming pool is really great as well as the sauna and the staff is very nice and helpful.

First room at the top floor I was given was very smelly and quite old then I changed for a nicer one at the first floor. The gym should not be really called gym, old and broken equipment, extremely small room can’t fit 2 people training.

Terrific SPA area and pool

The SPA area is above average for a hotel: wet & dry sauna with relaxation area, swimming pool that you could actually swim laps in. The staff was super, had a sick wife- staff brought her a couple meals, was really sweet (meals were excellent). Comfortable bed, no a/c but window breeze was more then adequate. Hotel had a lift/elevator, super. The hotel is within 1.5km of Stuttgart main platz.

The hotel is on a significant hill, takes 2 buses from hauptbahnoff but worth it (both bus' run frequently)- do not walk the hill if you have a suitcase. Once you get off the bus it's 5 min walk to the hotel but it's on a fairly flat route.

Overpriced

Location was perfect for us

Room directly next to the kitchen, smelly and loud from kitchen work. Couldn't sleep well because very noisy and smelly. No elevator, walking to the room through breakfast area, strange layout of the hotel. Despite there is a private hotel parking available, you still need to pay for it (8 Euro per night).

Flexibility It's mostly quiet.

Magnifying mirrors dangerously close to bathroom door. We are talking millimeters. Accident waiting to happen. This was in 2 rooms. Food choice disappointing. Quality was OK. Food delivery services will deliver to rooms.

The staff was good, the breakfast was fine, the pool was great. Overall great impression.

Beware of the location - it is on one of the hills, so getting to the hotel might be a nightmare. Even the closest UBahn is downhill. Also, the bar is rather expensive.

For us the quiet location was perfect and within reasonable walking distance to the town center. (20-25 minuttes downhill). Friendly and helpfull staff and a very nice breakfast.

Hotel is "squezed" in between buildings in a residential area which was no surprise to us. I.e. parking facilities were inadequate and despite the high location no views of anything but buildings. Otherwise everything was nice
