Well appointed room Met our needs well. Loved the couch and armchairs.
Meals at the Restaurant were very nice and great service provided
Good location for our needs..
We were unable to connect to WiFi inside our room. If we sat on a chair at the door we had WiFi. If we moved into the room, we lost it. Most annoying as it was important for us to have contact with our business and family at home in New Zealand, We did report this to the front desk several times. Also, the toilet/bathroom door screeched every time it was slid open or closed. Disturbing in the night.

Location is good and room is clean. People at reception are very friendly and pleasant.
One window couldn't close properly, and it was cold in the room.

Bathroom was in good order & clean.
Location ok, public transport close by.
I booked a double room in February & was told on arrival that they only had single rooms available.
I was offered free breakfasts as compensation.
The bathroom was very cramped, although adequate.
