Overall the accommodation & breakfast were ok.

Bathroom was in good order & clean. Location ok, public transport close by.

I booked a double room in February & was told on arrival that they only had single rooms available. I was offered free breakfasts as compensation. The bathroom was very cramped, although adequate.

our room 502 was supposed to be superior - and it was, but: the elevator is under (mayor, several weeks long?) re-construction, so we had to walk... I don't think we were made aware when we made our booking.

Very pleasant stay at this nice hotel

I had a nice stay at the hotel which is about a 12 min walk from the central activities of Stuttgart. Simple hotel but very clean and my room was nicely decorared. Would recommend it if you are looking for a good priced hotel not far from the city centre. Also the scenery a few blocks from the hotel is very nice and calm.

It was in a ver good location 2 minutes away from the closest tram station

the room was freezing. it was very cold, I had to wear a coat and sleep. the room didn’t get warm even after turning on her heater.

breakfast average, breakfast service slow and evidently not trained, refilling is very slow and random, plan time for having a decent breakfast

It’s very bad service, (1) No Wifi (2) No Lift (3) Service is very bad

Everything was very very poor I would manning to go to Consumer Court with all details.... ( video clip & Audio Clip) If you are not going to involved in this matter and I never use Booking.com for our next needs
