The breakfast is fabulous with a chef making fresh omelettes. There is a huge selection of foods.

Suitable for a short stay

We arrived a bit early, and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception. Our room was located quite far away. The reception staff were very helpful; they even gave us a bottle of water each before we headed to our room. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay. The rooms were very spacious, but our request for a single king-size bed instead of twin beds—which we had mentioned in our notes—wasn't taken into account. We ended up with twin beds. Overall, both the hotel and the room were clean. There was a supermarket right next to the hotel. It was centrally located, and you could reach everywhere by uban.

It was mentioned that there was a heated pool, but the pool was actually quite cool and small, so we weren't satisfied with it.

Satisfactory services and good location

Location is quite central to reach town centre & tourists spots. Room of good size. Housekeeping was efficient.

Some staff at registration were junior, not informative, and appeared not accustomed to Asian English speaking clients

Very good breakfast. One of the best I've had in Europe. Top-notch. I wouldn't rate it as excellent only because the famous German apple and raspberry tarts were missing... Well, but a 9 out of 10 breakfast!

A trend is taking hold, under the guise of political correctness: the invitation to forgo room cleaning for environmental reasons! Ridiculous and absurd. An attempt to reduce costs at the expense of a hypocritical and demagogic proposal. A customer pays for a complete service, and room cleaning is a service I will never forgo in a hotel. I will never go to a hotel that doesn't provide adequate room service.

Great hotel

Great hotel, clean, spacious room, friendly staff, close to the city centre and the main train station but a bit off the busy area which is nice and quiet. Comfortable bed, warm room. Fast checkin and checkout. The swimming pool and sauna are not big but nice and relaxing.

There are some renovations going on so if you plan to stay in your room during the day it can be noisy. Was a bit hard to put baby for his day nap with the noise + they woke everyone up at 8am one day with drilling in front of our window. They only provided 3 bottles of water for free and then it was either paying for more or using tap water which was a bit strange. But these are minor things and we still liked the hotel very much

Should be given a refund my knee was bloody and now I have a scar on my knee.

Because I booked with BOOKING.COM I was given the worse room on a floor that was being renovated and I fell on the plastic on the floor and nobody did or said anything!!!

Terrible service not booking directly this needs ro be addressed you guys !!

At first a nightmare after complaining ok.

Breakfast and location.

At first the room was given to construction zone on 0 floor Outrageous - 300 € a night and hotel gives our family a room to a floor where corridor roof has cut open and cables seen and hanging. No vent duct. After complaining we were upgraded to dust free 5 th floor.

Amazing breakfast

The breakfast was excellent and it’s close to a couple of supermarkets and a short walk into the city. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

WiFi was terrible and the room was quite small for our family of 4. If travelling with 4 I’d recommend booking two rooms instead, as we felt quite cramped. Luckily we did not spend much time in the room though.

Very good, well-equipped hotel in a good location.

A well-equipped, good-sized room with both aircom and windows that open! Tea/coffee-making facilities too. Parking in the underground garage (paid separately) and within reasonable walking of the main city sites. We had to book this hotel at very short notice and it ended up being cheaper (and better) than the apartment we had planned to use. There were pool and spa facilities but we did not use them.

Breakfast was €25 per person - way too expensive, so we booked room only.

Overall it was great!

Location was only 10 min walk to central Main Street of shopping and restaurant/ cafe.. the breakfast was huge with all kinds of options from hot to cold dishes.. there was a big supermarket right across the street which was convenient. The rooms are actually roomy and quiet too. And the reception service at check in was so fast and easy.

If only the bathroom towels where bigger .

GOOD LOCATION AND MODERN - BUT TERRIBLE WI-FI

Good location - about 12 min walk from centre of town. Attractive foyer Plenty of safe underground parking ( €22 / day) Good sized room with modern decor and modern bathroom Clean

Having booked a twin we were initially allocated a double. To be fair this was resolved very promptly and courteously. The hotel is split over 2 buildings linked by an underground passage (albeit very nicely decorated). We were in the "other" building and it was quite a walk to get back to reception/ bar / facilities. Towels and linens - although clean and ironed - were not of a very high quality. The Wi-Fi service was terrible: unavailable in our room (in the "other building") much of the time and when working it was very, very slow. For a "business" hotel this was very disappointing.

The air condition was non existent and the room was boiling hot. The bar was also on ”summer break” one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard.

very comfortable for families

This is the biggest family room i have seen in Europe and the bathroom too; the overall stay was very comfortable and the room size are great for those who need more space. We felt very royal in the room that also has a dining table. The pool was indoor and average size but the kids had a lot of fun. The tram station is close by and there is also a Rewe supermarket closely to help you get some essentials and some good restaurants nearby too. We stayed for 2 nights only so could only experience so much.

I enjoyed it, but I think the price was a little steep.

Breakfast was really good with a lot of quality options. Coffee was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was fair. We've used public transport to go trough the city and it was working perfectly.

Parking was ok, but overpriced in my opinion. It costs 22 EUR/night which would be OK if you don't already pay "good" price for the room. Usual accessories are not present in the room: soap bar (there is a shower gel), shower cap, dental kit... you can get it but you need to ask for it on Reception. Reception was in another building

Great location, but dated room.

Location of the hotel was great.

Air con in the room was really weak. The room never cooled down. The bathroom was very dated. The shower door had a large gap underneath so the floor was soaked. Breakfast buffet didn’t have much hot food, no bacon.

I LIKED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE ONE LISTED BELOW

ROOM WAS QUITE WARM, NO AIR CONDITIONING OR VENTILATION. A ROOM FAN WOULD HAVE HELPED. WE WERE ABLE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS WITHOUT ATTRACTING MANY BUGS BUT THE TRAM RUNNING IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING JOLTED ME AWAKE SEVERAL TIMES. ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE HOTEL AND LOCATION. A FAN IN THE ROOM WOULD HAVE MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE AND I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR ONE BUT DIDN'T.
