Good location. Staff are nice and helpful. Good breakfast spread.

Good location - pretty good distance from the Christmas market. Staff are nice and very helpful. Really good breakfast spread - with hot food available i.e. eggs and sausages.

Room is a bit dated. Not enough supplies in the bathroom. No water kettle inside the room.

Clean, spacious and pet-friendly hotel in central Frankfurt

Nice and affordable hotel in Frankfurt. Easy to walk to the main squares. Room was spacious and quiet. Windows opened allowing us to get cool, fresh air in. Shower was good as well. Pet-friendly which was much appreciated! I believe it was 15 euro for our dog to stay one night.

The bed was a bit firm for our liking; but not nearly as bad as some others we stayed at on our 2-week trip.

Check in was great, the reception is open 24/7, some parking spots at the hotel, great breakfast, really nice personell, room was clean just a little bit old, but not in a bad way.

The staff were very nice. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast is quite substantial. A fan in the room is helpful. Small bar is fun.

Very inaccurately advertised

Everything in the room worked fine. Bathroom was accurately advertised. Close to central locations.

Completely misleading photos for the room, the first three photos showed a spacious room with sofa, armchair and fresh modern decor. None of these things were there, the place was cramped with a dated and stale decor. Doubt I would have booked the place if they’d been honest about what was being provided and when I complained they seemed to have no care. There was also an 11:00am check out which was annoying and there was no daily room clean. There also seemed to be a lot of construction noise nearby and if this is an ongoing problem they should be lowering the prices.

A Perfect Stay: Great Location, Exceptional Staff, and Warm Atmosphere

had a perfect stay at this hotel. The location was great, it was very convenient to access all the sights and attractions I wanted to visit. What made my stay even more special was the exceptional staff. They were warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were helpful with any requests I had, and they were always friendly and smiling. Overall, my stay at this hotel was perfect, the combination of great location, exceptional staff and the warm atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience.
