I was impressive by the staff at reception. She's helpful and very nice.

The location is just opposite the train station. Very convenient for travel, especially wheh you're hurry.

Good location and helpful staff

The location of the hotel is very close to the city center with easy access to main shopping streets. The hotel personnel was very supportive ,they helped a lot for our shopping deliveries to the hotel and also early check-in.

Great location, close to the main station and even closer to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Reasonable breakfast choice.

A little noisy, but earplugs are provided! Shower head was loosely attached to its fixing, making it difficult to direct water.

Very convienient for an early train from Stuttgart Hbf. Room was fine - I slept well.

Great choice.

Very close to the train station. Has parking arrangement as well. Close to the marketplatz as well. Rooms were just sufficient for resting, and clean. Front office provided excellent help to reach the airport, parking etc. Elevator was working as well. Plenty of bakeries and crepe places for a morning stroll and breakfast.

the breakfast was good

This is a very old hotel! The rooms are very small, some of them with carpet, the bad rooms- old tiles, dirty. There is NO Air Conditioning! Outside temperature was 30C. We opened the windows. We’ve got a Fan and ear plugs. This was like a joke from the hotel’s owner!!! The very noisy fan with ear plugs! We had a terrible night! The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and the location. We won’t stay in this Plaza Inn again! Very disappointed!

The bathroom sink, shower, and toilet were all leaking, and I woke up with a very wet bathroom. Don't stay there.

Only thing the location is convenient

I only booked this hotel because of its proximity to Stuttgart main station, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. For the price, it’s really not worth it. The room felt outdated, the shower setup was awkward, and the overall comfort was lacking. Breakfast was disappointing very basic, not tasty, and only plain black coffee was available, which I found quite odd. Thankfully, I only stayed one night. I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely won’t be booking it again.

No internet! Elevator nor distributing the fifth floor. Hairs in the bathroom. Bedsheet not well dressed making it uncomfortable.

Location is very suitable for my everyday train travel. Newly furnish room I got was nice. Very limited vegetarian items in breakfast.

House keeping was poor. No communication facilities to contact reception for even a small help.

Fairly comfortable stay

The location of the hotel was great as it is within walking distance to a lot of places like the train stations (including S-barn and U-barn), shopping streets and restaurants. The room is relatively small but clean in general. My room was next to the main street which can be quite noisy at night so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to take note of this. Water kettle provide upon request from the reception.

I appreciate that the hotel provided a fan in the room during Summer season instead of the only option to open the windows. However, the weather became rather warm at around 20 degrees with not much wind. The fan was no longer a good alternative coupled with the fact that my room was next to the main street.

Sleepless night !!!

Only one good thing about this motel can’t said hotel is walking distance to train station.

They should change it to motel , it’s far from name hotel . Reservations was made for 2 adults and 4 kids 10 days prior stay they gave us rooms in different part of the floor!!! Reception said no rooms available! But main concern: none of the room had A/C outside 36* you have to suffer all night sweating and listening for small loud fan in each room they gave us !!! And completely blacked out room in both rooms shutters broken cannot even open windows in both rooms at least at night to get some fresh air !!!so for 1 adult just sleep 1 night for 50-60 € maybe be it’s ok .

Generally ok, staff were trying to be helpful. I thought I forgot something in the room and wrote the hotel, they did get back to me. We needed to move out early since it was too hot and they agreed - eventually.

No AC - might not matter most if the the me but it did in a heatwave. staff said they'll have AC next year though. Conflicting answers from staff - the first one says cancellation want possible, the manager said it was.

Simple hotel, simple breakfast, value for money, bang opposite the main station, so, good for train travellers. Shopping and entertainment area very close, Mc. Donalds around the corner open till 12-00 PM for late night food. Super market nearby for drinks and snacks. Friendly and helpful staff.

I worked myself in a 4 Stars Superior Hotel and I have to say that everything was perfect. I stayed at 2nd floor and the room was new renovated, nice furniture and comfortable bed. The Window Was faced in the street but we didn't Heard anything from outside. Right out at the u-Bahn and the Train Station, 2 min walking to the shopping street and 2 stops from the City Center. The guys from the reception were really nice and helpful, especially the guy from Balcan. I wanted to stay one more night, but unfortunately was fully booked. I will come back in this beautiful City and I will choose this hotel again.
