The location is good in the city center, two minutes walking from the most famous shopping street, my stay was one night, the service is good

The price for the room is high. The reception staff is uncooperative. I logged in near midnight and was late in checking out for only half an hour. I paid 7% of the room value. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not stay in it again.

Be careful what they do with your credit card - they blocked high amounts they had not told me about

Great location

They blocked a security deposit of EUR 720 (!) on my card. For a three night stay. Even though they had said that they would block EUR 240 - which is high in itself. When I told the reception about it they did not do anything with it.

I expected more

You're not expecting a random chain hotel when checking in to Steigenberger. And it was absolutely fine, but not exceptional. Location is great too.

The room was nicely done, but a bit run down. Breakfast personnel not up to par. Breakfast was Ibis-level, not above. Reception very distant like I didn't belong there.

Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin was the perfect location for seeing Stuttgart.

The location was OUTSTANDING! We flew into Stuttgart, took the train to the hotel and then used the train to travel to the MB Museum, the Porsche Museum, the MB factory and then to Frankfurt. The hotel is located in an area of Stuttgart that is a short walk no matter where you want to go in Stuttgart!

The pillows were a bag of fluff. I know some people who like that but I prefer firm/foam pillows. In our travels in Europe, firm/foam pillows aren't popular so this isn't a complaint with the hotel, just be aware!

The room was ridiculously full of furniture: 2 chairs crowded in front of a desk in a dark corner, no room for a suitcase, a shower completely misplaced so that flooding was inevitable - ARE YOU KIDDING? Tasteless breakfast...

Perfect hotel close to train station and very friendly staff.

We only had a quick overnight stay so the location was excellent to the train station. Also easy walking distance to the old town. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Check in was quick and everyone was very friendly and helpful with referrals for dinner options and directions to Mercedes museum.

Second stay in this Hotel and I would return.

Comfortable bed, great shower, clean and modern room . A taxi ride to central Munich or a 4.5K walk.

Perhaps if a bit close to central Munich it would have been a little more convenient.
