Very adequate facilities with helpful staff and good food.

It is a nice building but the room was a little bit disappointing if this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

We had a good stay but the service was not good.

The staff didn't knew where the wellness was in the hotel, they kept sending me to other staff...no bathrobe provided, also not when asked at the reception. 90% of the choices on the menu were not available, they kept coming back after 15 minutes, no this one is also sold out, 15 minutes later: this we also don't have. Crazy.

Misleading rating and unacceptable service standards

Excellent location close to the central station (5/5). Breakfast buffet was also quite good (3/5). The rooms were clean (4/5), although be warned that the shower and sink are within the room, only separated from the bed by a flimsy curtain.

Do not be fooled by the 4-star rating; this hotel is functionally a budget property with some serious service failures. The photos online paint a picture of a quality stay, but the reality is entirely different. The service recovery was non-existent. We arrived to empty soap dispensers. Instead of fixing the issue, the front desk handed us a bottle to do it ourselves. When we realized the dispensers were locked, the staff refused to help because "housekeeping wasn't there," telling us to just use the loose refill bottle until the next day. This is lazyness, plain and simple. Technical failures were everywhere: The water never reached a comfortable temperature. The room heating is inadequate. The room phone was dead, making it impossible to contact the front desk without walking down. The blankets were too small (and they do not have replacements). The "king-size" bed is just two single beds pushed together. Finally, the claim that they don't clean rooms to "save the bees" feels like blatant greenwashing to cut costs. A "completely adequate" stay is not what you pay for at this price point. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Close to city center, best for travellers by train, not car

Rooms were clean and nice, with good furniture. We had bathtub. And the hotel is close to the train station and city center.

No free parking, and the only one nearby is very expensive. Staff was rude when we parked temporarily next to hotel to unload our luggage.

Stylish hotel which needs to work on some badics

Stylish hotel. Staff were very attentive to each guest at reception. Fruit/herb infused water at reception (although sometimes glasses ran out). Very close to central station. The room was a good size and well appointed in terms of tables/seating/ cupboard space. I did not use the breakfast/dining facilities or the gym so I can't common these. Nice little terrace outside the bar area for sitting.

A 4 star hotel needs to get the basics right and two things were completely inadequate I think. (1) Flimsy curtains that did not meet at the sides or in the middle let in a lot of light. Whilst that might not be a problem in winter, it certainly was a problem in summer giving the long hours of daylight. This was not just my room but, according to a search by hotel staff, was the case in all the rooms on the floor I was on. (2) The hotel claims the rooms are soundproof. However, there was a gap under the door, which meant that every little sound in the corridors could be heard, and the doors banged loudly. It isn't hard to have solid doors without a gap at the bottom.

Good for an overnight when travelling through Stuttgart

We had a large room with sofa and armchair plus the bed. It was good to have the space.

The surrounding area is largely a building site for the new station so not attractive to walk through to the nearest park etc, plus the major road outside the hotel is not pleasant to walk along.

Great stay

Great location - walking distance to the Hbf and to Stuttgart's library. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Also, good quality bed and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Breakfast had good options. The staff was kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check-out to allow us to enjoy the city a bit more.

It was quite noisy at night. We were awakened a few times during the night by the noise of people coming back from parties. Also, as our neighbors went back to their rooms, it always seemed that our door was about to open. We felt the need to block the door to be safe.

Good location and friendly hotel to stay for family

Good location, very convenient to the train station and well to the airport. Nearby shopping mall less than 10mins walk. It is located beside the main road but no noise at all. Very friendly staffs , they offered the small treat inside the room with lovely private card for my boy 10th bday too. Very considerate and sweet! Thank you.

We understand this is pet friendly hotel, and our kids has no issues with it because they have lots of allergies problem..

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

What I liked: the calm atmosphere in the hotel; the fantastic and very helpful staff, the fabulous breakfast. the thoughtfully designed room.

What I didn't like: that I couldn't stay longer. I will definitely come back.

We liked hotel location - in a walkable distance from downtown. Decent breakfast

Rooms have a creactive layout, but are very tired - scuffs on walls, dated furniture with signs of wear. It was surprising not to have a single bottle of water in the room (even for a fee), there were no bathrobe and no slippers. Towels were small and thin and felt like kitchen towels. The hotel charges the 4 star fee but is far less competitive than other 4 star hotels in Germany. Not coming back unless no other options left

Beautiful hotel and great location

Very beautiful hotel with great design. The room was exactly what I have been looking for with space and separate bedrooms. Great big breakfast. Friendly staff who helped us get around the city. Location is perfect and few minutes walk to the main station. Did not get to enjoy the gym and pool but would recommend this place.

Nice place, super friendly staff but went to bed hungry.

Staff at the reception desk were brilliant. I arrived after 10pm due to heavy traffic and as the kitchen had already closed there was no food available. Not even a pack of crips or nuts at the bar. And the mini bars n the rooms are empty. If they can improve here its a great place to stay.

The room was spacious and most important sparkling clean. Walking distance from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof with small gradient. Walkway entrance was going under construction hence have to enter through the main entrance.
