Was a good stay, we were there for 2 nights.

Comfortable beds

Broken shutters, missing thick curtains, cannot access any other floors other than your own and the entrance. We were friends and families on different floors.

Very nice room with kitchenette. The shower was great and it was centrally located.

There is only onsite support during weekdays during normal business hours. I rented two rooms for a Saturday night so no one was there to check us in. Regardless, the check-in process and stay for one room was wonderful. The process for the 2nd room was a nightmare. The room keycard didn't work and the proposed solutions didn't work even after a few calls. They finally provided a different keycard from a different lockbox for different room that did work. However, the lack of onsite support and solution to get us a room is a large potential safety/security issue. Unfortunately and additionally, my wife left her mobile at the accommodation. She spoke to someone who's customer service skills could be improved and had to call multiple times over several days to finally get the mobile sent back via post

Overall, it was a decent stay, but the apartment could be more comfortable during colder days.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean.

However, the check-in process was a bit complicated since we didn’t do the online check-in, and communication with the staff could have been better. The apartment was also quite cold — we only saw one small radiator under the sink.

High rise apartment building which makes for a very quiet stay. Nice location, convenient. Shopping area is steps away. Very close to Ubahn and buses.

Big spacious rooms, balcony, good location. Relatively clean

Very few services for the price. As a service apartment at least a common washer/dryer service is must since there isnt one nearby for many kilometres. Gym and other services were also missing. No dishwasher in the room and dishwashing tabs were provided which was very confusing. There was a burnt steak in the microwave when i arrived. Water in the showers was sometimes cold. I could not figure out how to turn down the heating, the room became hot at times

Location is very good. Near shopping mall, train station. Parking is free below the property. We should check in first then friendly staff lady show us our unit and parking. Apartment is good, We have everything we want inside the apartment already. Recommended for everyone want to stay in stuttgart.

Do not spend your money here.

Parking situation when I moved in... The garage was broken, and they did not arrange for a secondary garage, so the public garage cost me 70 € for the first three days. The housekeeping comes twice a week and only leaves one set of towels. The rooms were sweltering with no fans, and the staff messed up my reservation and did not notify me. Netflix stopped working, and soap bottles were nearly empty in the shower.

Outstanding service from staff (Nursel Gül) who was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist and give advice/recommendations. Location was great.

No aircon and ventilation in the bedrooms. Big pillar in the middle of the living room. Unable to call another room directly.

Comfortable accommodation in serviced apartment block

Excellent position adjacent to Mileaneo shopping centre. Very comfortable bed and settee. All appliances worked. Management office open weekdays. Contact free check in. The balcony was nice although only one chair and we were advised it wasn't possible to have a second one although both neighbours had two chairs. Unit was very clean and attractive.

We knew there was no air conditioning but it was hot during our 12 night stay in June. We left the balcony doors open overnight and it was extremely noisy, mostly sirens from emergency vehicles(police station opposite), and mosquitoes were a nuisance even though we were on the 11th floor.

the room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm check-in time. it took almost 2more hours from there the room is very noisy from the traffic - day and night - when the window is not fully closed. with the window closed the room becomes hot

Well worth the visit

Very comfortable and clean facilities, apartments furnished with all necessary appliances and utensils, great location to reach city centre (and right next to a mall if that’s your thing), but most importantly of all, extremely kind and helpful staff, ready to solve on the spot any issue you might have.

very nice apartment, and great place and facilities. not recommended during summer

The location is superb, and the facility. Close proximity to Milaneo. Staff are welcoming and very good. Close to Metro station/bus station in-front of the apartment there is a small nice bakery good for early breakfast

no AC, so the place won't be very good in summer, no regular cleaning, the child bed is not convenient. not all rooms have king size bed, mostly is queen sized. balcony is usually have a dove inside it.
