If you travel really light you may enjoy better

Very clean

The space is too limited. It is difficult to move in the room. Shower is so small, you need to squeeze yourself to a corner to open the door

The closeness to the train station and centralized location.

we wanted to order one more round of drinks (mainly beer) at the bar and were told that it was not possible because it was already closed. However there was a group of 3 German customers who were able to get another round of Beer. We felt completely discriminated because of our latin origin, complete racial discrimination.

A quiet place in a great location

The hotel's promise of having soundproofed rooms is true. I am quite certain that the hotel was not completely empty, yet I did not hear a single guest. This enabled an exceptional, quiet stay and nights full of rest. This could especially be important to business travellers. The choice of TV channels is exceptional, and many of them are not in German but in a wide variety of languages. The wi-fi was excellent, and I used the free option, so I am certain that the paid Internet is superfast. The room was bright, clean and warm and had plenty of space. Finally - the location. Although not in the old part of the city centre, this hotel boasts an excellent location with regards to a newly built part of Stuttgart's city centre. It is very close to the lovely Stuttgart Public Library and the Milaneo shopping centre (2-minute walk). It is also very close to the underground railway (the Stadtbibliothek metro stop). If you like to walk, you can reach the heart of the city in 10-15 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to travellers who seek quiet and comfort.

The politeness of the stuff & clean room. The cleaning lady that was on work Sunday morning on 8.1.2023 was a real blessing of a lady. So nice and polite.

Comfy and clean beds. Clean towels. Daily housekeeping. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Good variety of TV channels (but most were in German). Friendly staff.

There was an unpleasant smell from the toilet noticed as soon as we checked in to the room. After cleaning it the first day, it was fine but returned after we came back the second day. Heating wasn't much so we were still quite cold in the room.

They had charges at the reception and late check out available too. Location was perfect next to a mall

This is not a 4 start hotel, the room was just ok nothing special and also you could hear the neighbors even if they were not shouting. No mini bar in the room and the bathroom was not that clean. They have no extras in the bathroom such as hand wash, body lotion nothing.. even the shower gel was cheap quality. Can’t recommend

there was no small refrigerator in the room(No need to be full with mini bar - just empty) TV remote didn't work- repaired very fast by the staf) lamp on table didn't work(I told the staff only when I left) no central lamp on the ceiling only peripheral.
