Ideal to spend your days in the center of Stuttgart

Location is great. Just 7 min walk from Hauptbahnhof and right next to a big shopping mall. Right in front, there's a metro station which is just 2 stops from Schloss Platz. No need to get a taxi from the airport as it's very easy to access via metro or S-Bahn. The common areas and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good enough. The heating works good (it was -1 outside!)

Everything was great, just a few notes for improvement: -We stayed in the Queen room with our daughter. The sofa was turned into a bed and the size of the room became extremely small making it impossible to move. But it was not a big issue for us. -Mainly German channels on TV, limited options of international channels. Although it's a Smart TV, I could not find apps like Youtube. -The prices in the bar area in the reception are high. You only have the option for a small water and it costs 3,5 €. A wending machine with better prices could be good when Aldi next door is closed.

Really clean comfy hotel with really friendly staff.

Staff were so nice. Hotel was emaculately clean. The breakfast was really good also. Rooms were really comfortable and facilities really good. I really good hotel in stuggart just 10 minutes from the main railway station.

Honestly. This was close to the perfect 10/10 stay. Only suggestion would be to maybe have some street signage for the entrance as if you approach from the level above, you need to take a street elevator down to street level to the entrance. Maybe a little sign so folk know where to go would be helpful.

A very good, convenient choice for a short stay in Stuttgart with friendly, helpful staff.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The range of food at breakfast was less than we expected and the quality was slightly poorer than we expected. The clothes storage in the bedroom was very limited.

The location was okay, service and breakfast was great.

The rooms are small, the door/windows open- albeit only a few inches but still scary. We needed two rooms to sleep a total of 5, but one room had one bed and the second room was small and had a couch but could barely sleep two children on the pull out bed. The other room was "disability" which I said we dont need, but the gentleman said it will be nicer to have space with the kids. That room only had one bed. I dont know where the kids were suppose to sleep? We made due of it and left. More than one night would have been uncomfortable. The parking is a mess. The garage is not too far but we couldnt figure out how to get in and out of it!!

Next to a big shopping mall and Bahnhaltestelle, the room i got was on the corner which i found very cozy and interesting. Breakfast was good and room was also clean. Would book there again if i ever visit the town.

Hotel is about a 15min walk to the centre but you can get the train from right outside.

Breakfast was nice,staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us booking taxis and serving drinks.

Only criticism was we all found the hotel and room very hot but apart from that had a great stay.

A disappointing experience: Hilton's lack of accountability leaves guest out of pocket

A disappointing experience: Hilton's lack of accountability leaves guest out of pocket I recently stayed here and unfortunately, what started as a pleasant stay took a turn for the worse, leaving me £150 out of pocket. The incident in question revolves around the cleaning service and the subsequent handling of a damaged item. Upon returning to our room after it had been cleaned, my son discovered that his bottle of aftershave had been broken and pieced back together to conceal the damage. Concerned about this we immediately reported the incident to the hotel reception staff, even offering to try and fix the bottle with glue ourselves. However, our attempts were in vain, and realising the aftershave was unrepairable and could not be transported without spilling everywhere, we approached the reception for assistance. The hotel assured me that they would investigate and resolve the matter promptly. Upon my return to the UK, I was shocked to learn that the third-party cleaning company responsible for the room denied any wrongdoing, dismissing the damage to my son's aftershave. The hotel refused to compensate me for the £150 worth of aftershave, citing an unhelpful offer of a discounted return stay in Stuttgart. Not only is this solution impractical for someone residing in the UK, but it completely misses the mark in addressing the issue at hand. The hotel's unwillingness to take responsibility for the damage caused during my stay and their failure to ensure the accountability of their cleaning staff reflects poorly on their customer service standards. As a customer, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude towards my legitimate grievance. It is disheartening to see a once-enjoyable stay overshadowed by the hotel's refusal to acknowledge their responsibility and adequately compensate for the damage.

Perfect location

Location is perfect… there is a metro station on front of the hotel. And also hotel is close to stutgard mitte. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is perfect.

Girls on the reception are not friendly. No smiley face. You need just smiley face in a hotel.

The room was really small - with the extra bed you could not walk. Parking was a huge issue - not enough for guests, no instructions on where else to park. We lost a lot of time in the blistering cold looking for one

Wouldn't recommend

I quite surely would never stay in this hotel again..I ask myself how they can even operate under the hilton umbrella. 1. Parking : There's like 30 spots for a building of 9 floors, who even thinks of that being enough? I stayed there 2 nights and on both nights there was 0 space. They don't even have a proper option B so I just needed to leave my car in the middle of the road. Horrible hotel to go by car to. 2. Room : I'm a Hilton Member with silver status. I'm not expecting at all that I should get a big nice room or an upgrade or so but I was assigned to a handicapped room, i.e. the shower and toilet is basically just one room which is just odd. I asked to change to a regular room but was told it's completely booked out. However for two nights I stayed there and walked through the floors, it was so super empty so not sure if it even was true. 3. Service : Forget about snacks or crisps or anything in the room, I didn't even have any water. So I walk down to the reception and say that there's no water in my room and if I can get some. The lady at the reception says ah ye sure you can get some from the bar. I go there, ask for water, and when the gentleman hands it over I start walking away and they be like "oh no no stop that costs 6 Euros". I'm like wtf I don't have water in my room and ask for it and you charge me? In the end I paid for it as they had 0 understanding. Absolutely a no go hotel, not sure how they can manage to carry the Hilton in the name. Next door is another hotel which seemed in same price class, just go there and avoid this one.

Brilliant place for a short break in Stuttgart.

Breakfast was great. It was included for all so not extra charges. Lots of choice and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable as was the bathroom. Good TV. Sound proofing worked well. The location is good - a 10 min walk from the main station and there is an U-Bahn stop right outside. It is no more than 15 mins from all the main sights and Schloss Platz. There is a shopping centre next door, which was helpful and the park is a a stone's throw away - great for a morning run.

Would come back again!

We drove so the location was great. Porsche Museum was the furthest other major attractions were all within 20 minutes drive. Room was clean and comfy. Had no issues with shower or AC. Staff was nice and professional. Hotel is 2 minutes walk next to a nice shopping mall.

The parking spots are extremely limited. Only one floor for Hampton. Total probably no more than 20 cars.

The parking is bad in the area and the hotel has very limited spaces. Also, there is no drop off zone for you to take out your luggage before you have to leave to find a parking space.

Great connection to go to city. Train station is right next to hotel and you can reach the city in 2 stations. No noise from trains. Very good insulation rooms.
