Small rooms in a quiet area. Recommend for max one night stay for two person

Breakfast worth the money. Plenty of space on the street for free parking. The district is very quiet and nice, although not a daily walking distance to the city center. Easy and quick self check-in with clear instructions.

The rooms are not equipped with minimum necessaries for two person. Only 3-4 hangers for clothes and one small bedside table. Can course mess when you are not a solo traveler. Law water pressure in bathroom washbasin. Although I wrote to the hotel AI assistant (the only mean of communication with them) on the first day of my arrival, they promised and didn’t fix that problem. Well, the hotel chatbot promised to send a plumber :)

Simple, clean and stylish

Simple, clean, stylish and cool 3 Star Hotel. We stayed as a couple one night and felt very comfortable. The room is big enough and the bed and linnen comfortable. They have simple breakfast with vegan options and oat milk : ) The staff at the breakfast are really nice, young cool people. Extra points for the good vibes. The location is also good and close to the U-Bahn and then 2 Stations to the Hauptbahnhof. Check in and check out absolutely hassle free 👍

Wonderful concept.

This is a great concept. While no reception as all is done electronically there is a staff member on site who actually came out to see us and allowed early check in.

Not the best but it is acceptable.

The location was very good and the price was acceptable.

It felt like a college dormitory haha and the towel vas not enough, there was four towels bor the hair but for the body. The sink was clogged and had to use like that for all my stay. Also the hotel was very cold at first night. There was rubbish below the bed..............

I was very pleased with my stay at McDreams Hotel Stuttgart-City. The hotel is extremely well located, with easy access to public transportation and just a few minutes from the center of Stuttgart. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and exceptionally clean — truly spotless. An interesting aspect is that the hotel has no physical reception; the entire check-in and check-out process is handled electronically. It worked perfectly for me and was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The only downside was the shower: the water temperature fluctuated a lot during use, switching between very hot and cold regardless of how the mixer was adjusted. This is something that could definitely be improved to enhance guest comfort.

Nice hotel but not near anything, hard to check in and confusing breakfast

The bed and room were clean and the food was nice

I had to check in 10 times as the card wouldn't work and the icing on the cake was when they told me that breakfast was still being served and even after asking them if "what I've ordered is included" they proceeded to charge me €42 for everything as I'd "missed" breakfast. Just to put this into context, the signs everywhere state 6.30am to 10pm!! They clearly can't read their own signs. Even the staff agreed with me!

Problem with water is crucial

Quick self check-in at night in the machine

- showering in hot-cold water, the temperature was changing in one second from very cold to nearly boiling water. Dangerous especially when you have to shower your child. - no payment method in app for check-in was working - all the messages sent were in german despite having information from booking that I'm from abroad

We asked for a double bed and were given seperate beds and seperate blankets. The water temperature in the shower was also terrible as it didn’t stay consistent and burned us several times. Also the water leaked a lot from the shower cabin.

They only have one staff at a time working on Check-in and Check-Outs. This mean you'll be waiting for a long long long time.

There was nothing to like about the hotel besides the free parking. and that was due to the parking gates being broken.
