clean and pleasant hotel, conveniently located near the old town centre

the location of the hotel was excellent, close to the old town and easily accessible from the airport.

The room was a bit small, it lacked space to open suitcases comfortably. Because of the location of the room on the first floor, you could easily hear people leaving the restaurant late at night and hanging around in the hotel lobby talking quite loudly.

Location near Weiße Turm u-bahn and Christmas market was just there.

Messy and cluttered. One shower was broken and this was not conveyed to us before our arrival. The remaining shower was cramped. WiFi wasn’t working. Contacted the owner and he “fixed it” for a bit and then it stopped working again.

Comfortable and convenient location in a lovely room.

The room was very clean and cozy and I loved that it opened up to a patio. The staff were very nice as well.

It was an older property and parking was tight but we were able to park so no problem.

Nice place with some charming features

The suite room was spacious and had quality furnishings. Bathroom was renovated, the rest felt a bit dated but charming. There was a terrace over a patio with an amazing koi fish tank. It was relaxing. Breakfast was good, and they catered to our little special demands about it (eggs, yoghourt,...)

There was no one on reception after 9.30pm. However we could see late check in was arranged for some other customers after that hour.

No soundproofing

-no soundproofing at all , to the point hearing water in pipes from neighboring area , couldn’t sleep from it -receptionist showed lack of professionalism when i asked for towel, they put only one towel and when asked for the 2nd she answered: didn’t you have already towel!! -they seem having some accreditation stars to the kitchen and from my interpretations they think they are good, when you reach such thing you must be excellent in the main area in your work, kitchen is not the hotel nether receptionist

If you like trams and dead fish this is the place for you!

Very close to centre of town great for transport and restaurants. Helpful staff. Old style

No lift and spiral stairs, rooms on the road side are very noisy with traffic and trams passing all night. The owner keeps koi carp in a fish tank. When we were there the tank was dirty and overcrowded and there was a dead fish floating on the top!

Amazing restaurant, with a wine list as thick as a dictionary. Lots of character and quite eccentric in a good way (including some phenomenal coy carp pools, which our daughter loved). An unexpected gem. We spent a wonderful wedding anniversary evening here as part of a family holiday in Germany

It was quiet and tidy, beautiful view from the windows, clean bathroom and really comfortable beds, lots of food and drinks at the mini bar (which was refilled 3 times), comfortable parking, comfortable location right in the city center, unobtrusive, but polite staff. Also, the fact that we arrived one day before the booked time was not a problem, as we warned the staff and the room was prepared the day prior.

large room on top floor. although on main road was very quiet. Breakfast plentiful and hot food cooked to order. Was told well in advance that restaurant was closed the night we stayed. 4 minute walk to tram stop into town.
