Breakfast was absolutely repetitive every single day. The property felt like any other property with no special touch of premium feel. The swimming pool was called to be pre heated but was cold

it was difficult to reach the hotel with the baby stroller as there were road work in progress, we need to go around the hotel to reach the hotel entrance.

Lovely stay, with very helpful staff, clean rooms, and nice facilities.

It was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant option was nice to have. It was also close to the metro which made it easy to get around.

This was more due to the timing of our trip (during Cannstatter Volksfest), but we were unable to get connecting rooms- the staff tried very hard to accommodate that though.

A beautiful hotel to treat yourself for the weekend

The hotel was lovely! It was nice having a full tub in the bathroom, and the room itself was very spacious. We were in walking distance to a beer garden and the Hauptbahnhof, so the location was nice as well.

If you’re walking from the Hauptbahnhof, you’ll walk upstairs to cross a bridge and then at the property you’ll go downstairs again. There’s not an outdoor elevator to get in the lobby. It’s just a little inconvenient if you’re carrying large luggage.

Would differently return and bring family and friends. Super hotel

All the staff were super helpful and could not do anymore for us. the rooms were clean and there is nothing I can think of that was not super. There was one thing actually that I will fill in in the next question.

The one thing that I thought you could do some work on was that that having one person cooking omelets at the breakfast counter was not good. There was always a long Que and most mornings i just skipped what I actually wanted for breakfast as I didn't want to wait in the long Que. Not sure your solution as there was not much space but im sure you could sort something out.

Not worth of your money

One of the cheapest five star hotel in Germany. Smaller but still fairly nice parking in an underground garage. Swimming pool and small spa.

No way this five star hotel. No personal anywhere. Nobody helps you with your luggage, no concierge, nothing. Rooms are old and outdated and worn out.

Excellent hotel with an upmarket feel

Room was comfortable in size & appreciated the bath tub facility. Hotel is beautiful internally & well fitted out. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink with great service.

We arrived by rail, so the only way to get to the hotel was by walking. Due to the construction work & the stairs in between, this was very tiring & difficult. This also caused an inconvenience for the Uber + taxis who were diverted to get there. We also felt that the location did not offer too much other options for us to enjoy.

The jacuzzi was out of use and a sign said this was an indefinite arrangement. Parts of the hotel looked tired and in need of decoration

All good though the hotel is showing its age a little Great pool and spa Service great, staff excellent Only let down by it's location meaning lots of stairs or a long detour to get to town Great value, will stay there next time
