I love everything about the hotel

Only one woman who was at night shift i didn't really like the way she was clapping hands because I was smoking marijuana outside of the facility, her behaviour when she was talking was very bad.

Little / NO hot water. Apparently KNOWN PROBLEM that MANAGEMENT refuses to acknowledge or FIX! Catering staff are NOT trained or knowledgeable in dealing with or understanding of food allergies.

Cheap with good parking

This hotel is pretty basic, close to the Porsche Museum which you can walk to, and cheap. The parking is excellent in an underground carpark. Due to the affordable price of a room I didn't mind the cost for a day: €16.50.

The area the hotel is in isn't great, but that's to be expected for the price.

Disgusting behaviour from an international hotel chain.

Location was good.

There was NO hot water and we had cold showers for our entire stay. Apparently there has been no hot water for three weeks but the hotel still accepted our booking and did not advise of the problem till after our first cold showers and subsequent complaint.

Ideal for our needs

This hotel was ideal for our needs due to the location being close to the Porsche Museum. (Within walking distance) The surrounding area is very industrialised but with a mixture of factories and housing units. The hotel was nice and comfortable and quiet, there was a great pizza place close by and a fantastic (must visit) Argentine Steakhouse, although a small place the food was absolutely mouthwatering!

Perfectly fine for an overnight stop but not for a longer stay.

It’s fine for an overnight stop if visiting the Porsche museum which is a few minutes away. Very good underground car parking.

The reception wasn’t always manned, the bar was closed although the reception staff were selling drinks from a fridge and had no objection to me wandering into the bar and kitchen to help myself to glasses and cutlery for my takeaway!

Good location if big reason for visit is the Porsche museum within walking distance. Transport links nearby into Stuttgart city centre by tram or by S-trains. Nearby supermarkets and Katz bakery.

My room 105 was right beside the service cupboard so early in the morning I was awoken by noise from cleaners (obviously doing their job from an early shift start)

Good stay apart from the negative experience on Saturday afternoon

Property was clean and in a good location Rooms were nice and the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of one person

I was attending a concert on Saturday 28th June and had travelled from the UK on Friday 27th June I booked a double room for my friend who lives in Germany and myself for the Friday night and she booked a room for us on the Saturday night to share the cost.Her name is Christine ODonnell. We asked before we travelled and again when we arrived if we could just keep the same room on both days to save us checking out and checking in again on the Saturday and were told this was no problem On the Saturday housekeeping told us we would have to love to another room as the person in reception said we could not stay in the same room unless we paid another 100 euros. I went to speak to him and he said that we were in a different grade of room and my friend had booked it at a cheaper rate as she booked last year This was not the case as we both paid the same price for the room He was also pretty rude and unapproachable. My friend then went to speak to him and after much arguing he eventually called a manager who told him we could keep the same room. He then said to her “Do what you like and also said that I had been filming him and he was going to call the police “ This was a totally ridiculous statement. I had my phone in my hand when I was speaking to him but was certainly not filming him ! After going to the concert we got back to the hotel around 1am to find the room key did not work.We had to then explain the whole story to the guy on reception in order for him to update the room key He was also really nice and very helpful . I don’t know the guy who was on reception on the Saturdays name but he definitely had a negative attitude and did spoil my experience of the hotel on the Saturday. Apart from this the hotel was nice and the rest of the hotel staff were lovely

Nice hotel to stay

The hotel is quite high quality, the price is normal, it is quite clean. The reception is very responsive. Free refreshments are available at the hotel entrance. We didn't have any parking problems. It is far from the center of Stuttgart in terms of location, but there are many shopping options around it, such as Edeka market (200 meters on foot).

There is a ladder at the entrance and a ramp to drag luggage, but it's useless. Rooms can also have slippers.

I had used this hotel previously when it was under different ownership, it is now much improved.

There is no restaurant and so we had to find a restaurant in the area, the restaurant we used was recommended by a staff member and we found it very good and only a short walk. Breakfast in the hotel was more expensive than other hotels we have used on this trip.

Personally, I didn't like the pillow so a thicker item would be preferred, I was woken early in the morning by workmen hammering at something around 6.45, however I closed the windows and that was effective.

Location is great for visiting the Porsche museum, within walking distance. Free street parking was available or pay at property. The breakfast is good, buffet with lots of hot and cold choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy here but everything you'd need for a night or 2.

The bed was very firm.
