Apartment close to Porche museum and well connected to Stuttgart.

Spacious place, coffee machine with grained coffee beans, reasonable kitchenette and kitchenware. Easy parking next to the door. 15 min walk to Porche museum.

Not clean, food pieces under the coach and dog treats between the matresses in the bedroom. The shower drain was clogged, cockroages in the bathroom, no toilet paper. The freezer has not been unthawed for some time. A bit of a wierd feeling with 4 flatscreens, playstation, Sonos speakers everywhere, but not all functioning...

Good size property located down the street from the Porsche Factory/Museum. Right off the rail station. Comfortable couch and beds with a useful kitchen.

The directions to the property and parking could have been better. There was mention of a brown building but it was more important (by car) to say the driveway was next to the gray building with blue deck shades and the garage next door. Additionally, there were many flies inside and in the cupboards. We baked pizza in the oven but there was used wax paper left with food crumbs in the oven. Additionally, there were no gloves for hot pans or the necessary utensils to remove items from the oven. It would have helped having fans available for the apartment.

The perfect place for vacation and relaxation.

a perfect detached independent big house. This house had everything, PlayStation, great sound system, big computer, big TV in every room., big room at the entrance, to relax and sit together. Houseware was new. In the kitchen, tea and coffee makers, plus enough tea and coffee. A big refrigerator. lots of wine glasses. The surrounding of the house is empty and very quiet environment. Right next to the house, parking and electrical outlets to charge our electric vehicle. Me and my family liked this house very much and we will go to visit again. There was a forest near the house and there were also many sports facilities in this large park. There were very good restaurants. There was a tram station right next to the house. In short, the perfect place.

There was no negative situation.

Good apartment but not clean enough

The apartment is really spacious and comfortable for a family. It was great to have 3 big TV screens and a PlayStation, although we didn't use it and a perfect wifi in every room. Very close to tram station and porsche Museum.

I really didn't like that it wasn't so clean and in regards with the amount of money I payed for I expexted to be better cleaned. So I will not prefer it the next time

It was a very nice property with ever amenity a family would need the only thing that would make it perfect is a microwave… because even though it has a kitchenette you might want to warm up delivery if you aren’t ready to eat when they arrive… Other than that I give the place a 9.8 out of 10 great location and plenty of room and even a full ironing board and iron this place is Awesome. Location Location Location…We Loved it

Amazing flat in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there

The location of the apartment was perfect for us- a few steps away from the transport line and a few blocks away from the Porsche Museum and Lidl. Everything was high-spec and exactly what we needed to amuse our two sons after a long flight. Very comfortable as there was space for the whole family.

Being a bit fussy now but what would have helped a lot would have been a bathroom mat and a few more smaller glasses for juice. This did not affect our stay- really just suggestions.

This is one of the strangest accommodations I have stayed in and I have been to quite a few. The place is super modern, you can see that a lot of money was invested in it, great modern appliances and gadgets, very nice furniture, quite big, very clean and nice…and then, there is a huge glass front door, that you cannot cover or even lock (it is automatically locked but no key), and the place is on the ground floor so the other people from the building can pass in front of it and can see you. This privacy issue did bother us, it just felt unpleasant. Also, even though there’s this automatic lock I would prefer to have an actual key to lock up when we are asleep. So, it felt strange as the place was really nice but the impression was quite ruined by this strange door (privacy and safety). If they would change the front door I would certainly stay there again.

As said above, the huge glass front door that made us uncomfortable

Good quiet place to stay near the Porsche Museum.

Nice quiet trendy and modern place very close to the Porsche museum, room for quite a few people, with great TV and sound system, black out curtains help in the bedrooms.

Hard to get a hold of the hosts sometimes, seems like a company runs this place, not just a person. Left my jacket there and never heard back if they found it either, but that's my problem, not theirs. Otherwise an awesome place.

Great property located nearby Porsche Museum. All facilities you need when travelling, giant TV, very comfortable sofas and beds. All kitchen appliances, great shower. The property is very close to the train station, a couple of meters. Host is very kind and supportive.

When getting there by car for the first time was a little hard to find the car park entrance, once it is located at the back, so you have to drive to the next street... And the parking space is not clearly identified, so we parked on someone's spot. It was But actually, it is not a negative point...

Logement spacieux, accueillant et très bien situé pour les musées Porsche et Mercedes, a !

L'espace que propose cet établissement est particulièrement appréciable. Nous étions à 4 en famille et nous ne nous sommes pas bousculés. Le nombre de télé fait que nous pouvions chacun regarder notre programme préféré sans nous battre. La Playstation disponible avec son compte personnel a été appréciée également.

Dans l'une des salles de bain, il y avait une forte odeur d'égout mais la deuxième était très satisfaisante. Le petit bémol a été sur l'absence de four micro-ondes pour faire réchauffer les petits déjeuners.

ECCELLENTE STRUTTURA, NUOVISSIMA E STRATEGICAMENTE PERFETTA

Bellissimo appartamento hi tech, confortevole e pulito, dispone di parcheggio gratuito privato a fianco all'ingresso ed è vicinissimo allo svincolo autostradale e si trova a pochissimi metri dalla fermata della metro che porta al centro di Stoccarda. Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e molto professionale, su nostro input ha risolto dei problemi relativi al riscaldamento in uno dei bagni e alla macchinetta del caffè. Problemi puntualmente risolti. Nuovissimo e di ampissima metratura presenta una zona giorno composta da sala da pranzo, cucina con lavastoviglie e comodo salotto con divano tre posti dotato di chaise longue e smart tv. La zona notte comprende due grandissime camere da letto dotate anche quest'ultime di smart tv e due ampi bagni con doccie funzionali e la presenza, in uno di essi, di lavasciuga. Comodissimi i letti. Ottimo il segnale wi fi. Struttura consigliata a tutti.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Sowohl ein Parkplatz als auch die Stadtbahnhaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.

Krásny a moderný byt blízko múzea Porsche.

Byt je veľký a priestranný, moderne zariadený. Fotky zodpovedajú realite. 2 kompletne zariadené kúpeľne s toaletami sú super, veľké sprchovacie kúty. Súčasťou jednej kúpeľne je aj práčka. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Parkovanie je hneď vedľa bytu, električková zastávka je za rohom. Vynikajúca pekáreň aj Lidl je v pešej dostupnosti. Byt nás privítal v štýle "Porsche", čo nás potešilo, keďže jedna zo zastávok bolo Porsche múzeum, ktoré sa nachádza cca 10-15 minút od bytu pohodlnou chôdzou. Dobrá dostupnosť do centra. Celé okolie je bezpečné, čisté a príjemné. Prečítala som si staré recenzie a musím povedať, že majiteľ sa výrazne zlepšil a všetko vyriešil: všade bolo čisto, dostatok riadu, závesy na oknách, kávovar čistý, dobrá navigácia na miesto. Jediné, čo sa nevyriešilo je, že svetlo v kúpeľni vypne skôr, než sa stihnem osprchovať. To je ale maličký problém, lebo keď otvorím dvere na sprchovom kúte a pohnem sa, zase sa zažne.

Všetko bolo perfektné, škoda, že sme boli iba na 2 noci.

Total geniales Appartement

Wie verreisen viel, haben aber noch nie so ein tolles Appartement gehabt. Sehr modern eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Parkplatz genau neben dem Appartement. Total genial. UBahn genau vor der Tür. In jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher, 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Toilette.

Licht, Heizung usw über homatic gesteuert. Nachts war auf einmal das Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer Licht an. Heizung hat sich immer wieder auf 17 Grad runtergestellt. So war es etwas frisch in der Wohnung.
