Avoid!!
The light ring in the room was not working, the only light available was a very bright white neon, bed lights and any other light (a part from the bathroom) were non working. The only way to switch of the main light was by removing the key-card from the main holder. There was no kettle, no coffee / teas available (this is a 4 star hotel by the way). When I went downstairs in the evening to ask about the lights problem I was told to deal with it and the next day when we complained we where made aware by another guest that this a widespread and acknowledged problem in the hotel.

Good Bed.
Very comfortable beds. The staff corrected the mistaken room assignment and it was fine.
The location is, of course, not very interesting. And the rooms are very very spartan. My first room, in fact, didn’t even have hangars for clothes or curtains on the large windows.

Rooms in desolate state but charging full price
The breakfast was very good. A lot of choice, well stocked and fresh
Travelled with my 21 year old son, hence I booked a junior suite with an extra sofa bed. After check in, the junior suite only had double bed and gaping big hole where sofa bed was supposed to be. Curtains were hanging loose, no warm water in the shower, no hangers to hang up clothes. Sideboard with missing door and only one TV instead of 2. It took several reminders from my side and 3 room moves before amenities were acceptable. Manager on duty's explanation was that they are undergoing renovations which is definitely necessary, but you can't sell rooms that are not up to standard at full price!

There should be lifts available from the lower car park areas. H had to carry multiple bags from the car park level 3 to the car park level 1 area to catch the lift to my room. If there are lifts available in other sections of the car park they need to be better marked. Other than that the stay was excellent.

very bad experience and not recomend this hotel.
I’m being double charged, cash and card (different card used to secure the booking) at the property and then the hotel still charge the credit card that was use to secure my booking through booking.com (and I have never show this particular card during my stay to the hotel). The staff that helped the check in can’t speak English properly. During check in the staff told us the card machine broke and we had to pay in cash. That’s why we can only pay 2 out of 3 rooms (separate bookings) in cash and paid the remaining in card the next day cause it was almost 1 am and we did not have enough cash nor able to get enough cash from the ATM that late. The staff also did not provide us with proof of payment even after we asked. We did not think much of it at the time, cause the staff gave us the room keys and all of us were already so tired (I am currently 7 months pregnant and was traveling with my 85 years old grandma and my 3 years old daughter). The room itself also not cleaned property still very dusty. The AC also not working. Daily cleaning was not done even after requested and the 3rd day we had to remind cleaning 2x.

Check the heating system before settling in the room
When we first got into our room, the heating system was not blowing hot air. We informed the receptionist (I guess his name was Siur, a guy with beard), he told us not to worry, it will catch up in 20 minutes. After hours before going bed, we told him again that has been not working, he sent a technician to our room. And the heating system was broken obviously and can not be fixed. The receptionist could not arrange a new room on the same floor. We moved our stuff to the new room and tried to turn it on, it was broken as well. We had to move again to another room in the middle of the night. A terrible experience. After our first move, we asked a complimentary breakfast, at least, for the hassle. He told us that he needs to ask his manager and was going to inform us. Before the second move he decided to hide in the back room and told another receptionist to do all the work. And later on our stay he didn't have the courtesy even to least answer our request.
