Giving the massive heatwave the entire personal was very frendly and helpful

Found hotel fairly easily but had to park a little way up the road as only a few free parking spots at the front of the hotel and our vehicle would not fit in the hotels carpark but the staff where very obliging in let us know where to park safely. Easy booking in the room was lovely and clean and staff were smashing. We went into the hotel restaurant because of the reviews and we were not disappointed well worth a visit : )

Perfect for the theater visit

The location is great, only 15 min to the theater. Personal was super friendly and cheerful.

The room was not really clean. The mirror in the bathroom was covered with toothpaste. Also, the cleaning never changed the towels - they just folder them back dirty side inside. When I unwrapped the foot towel, all the dust and small particles were there. The breakfast also was not really anything fancy, just the bare necessities: eggs, some bread, butter, jam, only one type of cheese and meat.

No fridge in the room The shower didn't work at all No TP in the bathroom (I am sure it's not a common thing, but they should pay a bit more attention to these details)

Value for money improvable!

As confirmed by booking.com we had a reservation for a large Double-Room and a large Double-Bed. In fact it was a very small room and a small french bed.

Great hotel if you want to see a show in Palladium Stage. Hotel is clean and easy to reach by public transport. Breakfast is good. Staff were friendly. All in all a good hotel and the price is good.

Personally I found our bathroom quite small, and there was a construction site outside. However, we have been in the room just to sleep, so it wasn't to much of an inconvenience.

Superb

Excellent breakfast offerings to meet any expectations or needs. Very friendly staff exceptionally helpful. Room was extremely clean, daily service ensured no shortage of clean towels at the ready. The room is not designed for lounging about but that could be done as well. In room television with cable channels provided (satellite). Wifi worked very well never had a problem connecting to Internet. Restaurants, apothecary, and grocery stores all withing a short walking distance; convenient to rail network that leads into Stuttgart proper and surrounding areas.

Parking is a challenge, finding street parking varies from day to day and to time of day. An option is to pay 10 Euros to access the overflow parking area. If you are traveling with American Express streetside registration will not work, so arrive during daily business hours 0600-1700 - after hours can pose a challenge.

Pleasant

very friendly staff and the superior rooms are rather nice. also very easy to reach by public transport coming from the central train station

the breakfast room was packed with tables only being separate by 5 cm from your neighbours causing quite some tension between guests in the morning or cues outside to wait for a free table. there is two smoking corners. one just outside the door so to enter one often walks through smoke and one at the back of the property. however as guests keep the back door open the smell travels inside the lobby sometimes.

Nice place to rest with less cost

Close location to U-Bahn, 30 minutes to the city center, comfy bed and nice services.

The room I rent can be looked into from the corridor, and has no window blind (or I don't know how to use it). The restroom doesn't have a door so the toilet seat needs to keep shut.

Clean, comfortable but basic. Good choice for breakfast food wise.

Currently there is a construction site next to the hotel. They start at 7am. Woken on all 3 days by the noise. Coffee at breakfast was pretty awful.

the room under the roof did not have any mean to reduce the warm temperature (no airco, no fan) due to the exceptionally high outside temperature

I enjoyed my stay despite the heat in the room.

Mostly a good variety of breads/rolls/croissants Fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, cake on Sundays, cereal, nuts, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yoghurt, cheese and meat along with peppers & tomatoes, gherkins, jams, honey, spreads. A great variety of coffees/hot chocolate/teas. Some bottled juices and water. Breakfast opened at 7:00, Sundays 7:30, very acceptable. Outdoor eating possible, very nice but only accessible via some stairs which was not a problem to me. Overall quiet and considerate guests within the 3 weeks I spent there. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Bottled water in my room daily. Easy check-in access after reception hours. It was very hot and I got a table fan for a little heat relief. Big windows which could be opened in full and curtains drawn for privacy, also shutters to protect from heat and light at night. 3 min to walk to tram stop going downtown. 10 min to walk into Möhringen centre.

The rooms have no aircondition and no tea/coffee making facilities which I sometimes missed. Currently there is some next door construction going on which started at 7:00 a. m. This wasn't a problem to me since I'm an early riser. Normally it would be very quiet. Beware of stainless steel hot water machine for tea. The lever is extremely hot. I addressed the issue and it should be solved...

That the window of the room was not double-glassed and all the noise from outside (street) got into the room and did not let us sleep well.
