This place was exceptionally clean, and Nicole was incredibly helpful. She provided clear and detailed instructions for accessing the apartment, making the check-in process seamless. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a great view of the Black Forest, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was the very steep uphill section leading to the apartment. The last few meters were especially challenging with luggage, particularly in warm weather. I would recommend arriving by car if possible.

The receptionist was very helpful - it makes such a positive difference to meet a person on arrival rather than have to use the automated checking in procedure. The underground car park was particularly useful to store my classic car.

nice breakfast with very friendly staff
room was very small. No air-condition and even with a supplied table fan, which we got after asking it was unbearable hot. So I wouldn't go back there in summer period.
