Parking, good breakfast

Advertised as air conditioned rooms, so booked it as a stopover. Went out for food, came back, room 29c despite ac on for 3 hrs. Went down to reception, staff gone for the night. Room sweltering all night, little sleep for either of us and 7 hrs ride next day. Spoke to receptionist in the morning, they knew ac was broken! Unacceptable! Guests checking in should have been told and able to make alternate arrangements. Not even a fan provided. Customers being taken for a ride by this ‘business’.

Nice hotel preferrably on private travel

I am answering for my colleagues who were staying with your hotel. According to their experience everything was o.k., however what was really missing was - prior to customer business meeting - a lounge area where they could have had some discussions. So they were seeking for a cafeteria and found one which however was not convenient for business discussions. To cut a long story short: Lounge area for discussing when travelling on business was definitely missing. Thank you for positive aspects!

Good place to stay in Leinfelden, but COVID apparently rediuced clientelle drastically forcing cuts

Staff was barely visible. Hotel closed and locked on Aug 4th almost the whole day. No bottle of water on our day two. Leaving on Fri 8/5, required care to not leave room and key prematurely because there was nobody there to let you back in.

Timetravel back to the 80s (in a good way)

If you visit Stuttgart because of an event at the fair, it is a great spot to book. The public transportation to the city center and the airport is great from here, the station is a 1 minute walk. The breakfast is really good with the usual suspects (eggs 2 ways, salami, ham, fresh rolls, etc), you should take it. The hotel itself was built in '85 and the design hasn't changed a lot since but it is well-maintained and everything is clean. The owner is helpful and a great host, I hope I will meet more like him in the future. The proximity of the airport and the trainstation is not a problem, you barely notice any of them.

I was one of the few guests in May so the showers weren't used much in the hotel and it took a solid 4-5 minutes for the hot water to reach my 2nd floor room. The ventillation in the bathroom is very loud and it goes on for 15 minutes after you switch the lights off which is pretty annoying (5 minutes would be far enough). The walls are thin so if you are annoyed by little noises, you should bring earplugs but if you live in an average apartment, you will be fine

Great hotel for Stuggart out-of-centre stay

Good location right next to S-Bahn for travel to Stuggart and easy to get to off the motorway. Not relevant to us, but one stop away from airport. Private Parking around the back and some out the front on the street. Friendly owner, nice and comprehensive breakfast

Perfect pit stop en route

We picked this hotel due to its location en route from UK to Austria. We needed a pit stop for the night. Being circa 720km from Calais, it was the perfect timing for a break for the night. The hotel itself is fab, great parking right outside with loads of space (although hotel very quiet when we stayed so this could be why there was so much free parking). The host was delightful, very helpful and willing to please at every turn. We also chose this hotel due to there being a restaurant right next door called Stefans, we didn’t want to have to faff around for dinner after our long drive. Dinner was fab, really good hearty traditional food. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely, varied and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Due to covid, the breakfast buffet wasn’t out, but there was only 3 rooms occupied anyway, so little variety plates were brought out which contained everything a buffet would. Honestly, the folk were just so willing and lovely. We certainly didn’t need lunch that day! We would definitely stay here again, firstly chosen due to location, and recurrently due to them just being so amazing and lovely. Our days of motorway hotels are over, we now seek out the loveliness at every step of our road trips, they are there, you just need to find the gems slightly off the motorways, this one was 5 mins only off route. Will definitely stay again, considering this hotel again for the way home already.

Beds are a little soft. But I reckon that’s only because we prefer the other end of the scale and our bed at home is super hard.

very friendly staff and good follow up on corona rules. Breakfast was served at the table. rooms were spacious and clean. Good shower.

Alles in allem TOP! und auf jeden Fall passt das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel ist im gesamten außerordentlich sauber!!! Die Zimmer (zumindest meines) ist vor geraumer Zeit renoviert worden und bestätigt so auch den Gesamteindruck. Die Schalldämmung ist Top. Sowohl von Außen (der Bahnhof der S-Bahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe) als auch von den Gängen, dringen KEINE störende Geräusche ins Zimmer. Das Bett / die Matratze bietet höchsten Komfort. Weiters, die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist vollkommen ausreichend. Und auch dort - alles Sauber :-)

Sagen wir einmal "ungewöhnlich". Das Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr. Ist für einen Privataufenthalt kaum von belangen. Wäre ich allerdings geschäftlich unterwegs, ist diese Uhrzeit keine Option.

Älteres Hotel mit Charme und Sauberkeit

Sehr, sehr saubere und große Zimmer. Angenehme feste Matratzen. Gerade mal ein paar Schritte von der Festhalle entfernt und gegenüber des Bahnhofs. Freundliches Personal. Auswahl beim Frühstück war ok, allerdings auch sehr übersichtlich.

Kamen um 13.30 Uhr beim Hotel an, welches verschlossen war. Es hing eine Info an der Tür, dass erst ab 14 Uhr geöffnet wird. Fanden wir sehr ungewöhnlich und nicht ganz so praktisch, da meine Kollegin sehr dringend die Örtlichkeiten aufsuchen musste. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft war definitiv zu hoch, was aber wahrscheinlich an der Veranstaltung in der Festhalle lag.
