Rooms don’t have mini bar or some fridge, no balcony and all rooms they said have twin beds so it doesn’t matter if you book twin or standard room, there’s no difference only in price

Communication with the hotel through messages prior to our stay was cumbersome, did not receive answers, had to send multiple messages to get force an answer.

I actually don’t have much positive feedback to share, but if I have to… The possibility to parc my car in a guarded garage.

Well, where shall I begin? I’m a solo traveler with her dog who got into a storm of heavy rainfall and thunder and since it was safer to not drive anymore, I booked this hotel. In the request box I communicated I would bring a dog and needed some help with my luggage. Once I arrived I still had to pay the €20 parking dayfee, whilst it was almost midnight and would be checking out 12 hours later. There was no room for negotiation. When I asked if someone could walk with me to my car to help me with my luggage since I was alone and had my dog already in one hand, the receptionist rudely pointed at a cart in the entrance. I had to drag the whole thing to the basement myself. Whilst having my dog on the leash. Luckily enough my dog is such a good boy that he jumped on the cart so I had both of my hands clear. When I came back downstairs I was searching for something to eat, but I could only find candy and sweet cookies, no healthy options. I had been driving for 10 hours already, and luckily had something left in my car. When I got into my room I came to the conclusion I had been placed in a room next to a metro railroad. Every 10 mins. a metro drove by. So bye bye good sleep. When I woke up I wanted to check out and leave immediately, so I went downstairs to get that cart for my luggage. When I got back to my room I wasn’t able to get in anymore. My room/card was already blocked and it was 11:20. I still had 40 minutes left. After I called the receptionist to send someone up to help me get into my room, they left me waiting at my door for 20 minutes. I called again after 15 minutes to request the help again, and they’ve send someone up. First of all he didn’t took any account of the fact I was with my dog, my dog was also wearing a yellow label. So he needed space and a calm approach. Eventually I got back downstairs to check out, and the hotel guests after me had their dog with them also. Instead of giving us the requested space, their dog kept barking at us.

seems all relatively new. The bed mattress was comfy, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of fresh stuff. free roadside parking.

the heating was not working, so I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. one side of the bed had stains and a foreign hair on the sheet. the shower itself was great, though the side window is way too short, flooding the bathroom floor almost immediately. the digitalization went a bit too far for my taste, I received 13+ emails from the hotel (not booking.com) before, during, and after the one-day stay.

It was really comfortable, and the breakfast was really good!

The location! Although is close to multiple public transport stations, the location itself is not good for someone that it’s traveling for leisure. The hotel seems to be located in a industrial zone, without much to see and gets completely empty after work hours.

I stayed two nights and I booked two rooms while I was on vacation with my family in Stuttgart and it was just as expected. It is located at the Stuttgart ouside, in my case I was driving so if you want to go to the downtown area it could take around 20 min. The area is quite, nothing much around, so if you are on a vacation trip maybe you will just spend the full day outside and take a good rest at night in the hotel. The hotel is having a bar along with the reception, so you can have a drink or two. If you are driving as I was, just be ready to pay the parking garage if you are not lucky to find a good spot in the street. If you take the breakfast in the hotel I believe is a good option if you dont want to waste time to find a good place and maybe cheaper nearby, although I believe is affordable and good quality, However, there are some bakeries nearby 2 min driving that are quite convenient, especially on Sunday eraly morning where everything is closed. The staff is quite friendly, rooms were clean and confortable.

There is no minibar and/or room service so if you want to get some water or a beverage just you have to go to the reception, it was not a problem for me but I would prefer to have it.

U-Bahn trains go by at all hours. This is the major reason the hotel doesn’t get a 10.

The idea of giving free drinks if not asked to clean the room during stay is very eco friendly and exciting
