It was a satisfying experience.

The hotel's location and breakfast were fantastic; I would definitely recommend it in terms of price-to-quality ratio. A special thank you to the lady working in the kitchen for her dedication. It's an option I would consider without hesitation on my next visit.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We intent to book again in three month

We like the location and the price. This was our second stay within four month.

The rooms (3ea) have been not cooled down before our arrival. One of the rooms (Mr. Willman) had the curtains open for sun to hit the room. We understand that the rooms having no build in air-condition. But in this summers heat a fan is not enough to cool the room down to a bearable temperature. At the lobby was offered a self made Herb/ Fruit water mix we have been happy to see, but experienced a stale and warm non tasty surprise. We going to stay away from this refreshment next time. I (van Elst) booked the rooms (3ea) but every room was pre-paid by each occupant. Staff was not able to print for each person receipt or confirmation of stay.

Don't go to this hotel on summer

Nothing

Nothing at all. Too hot, inposible to sleep. Too noisy outside, so couldn't open any window. A complete nightmare. So he abandoned the hotel at the 1st night. We asked for a refund for the second night we prepaid, recepcionist said, ok you are fine, but money does not come back I feel like a very stupid guy to believe in the word of a recepcionist.

Superb

We arrived at Sunday, and there were some problems with check-in, but they were quickly resolved. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden which honestly adds up to the general feeling of cosiness and quiet privacy. Also there were really nice packages in the bathroom, for makeup remove, shoe polishing and a sewing kit, wery thoughtful. Also the location is really great is you plan to visit the Palladium theater (which was my main destination) - it's only about 20 minutes walk.

Breakfast could've been a bit more diverce, but that's a minor thing honestly, like in general it was okay.

it's not a fancy hotel in the middle of the city center - but it's a great place if you know what to expect. local hotel, family like, with extremely nice and friendly stuff, 5 minutes away from the train station

Late check in could have been better & a code given prior to arrival for keys from secure drop box Hard to find rooms, rooms 14 & 15 were together then room 38 next to room 15. We got lost trying to find our room

Very nice place, staff was extra helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is easy to get to, just a few steps from the train station. It's very quiet and comfortable.

The decoration in the room was a bit outdated, and the shower not the most comfortable to use (but still okay). Bed was extra soft, which I know some people like, but for me it wasn't very comfortable.

If I return to Stuttgart after the Lufthansa fiasco, I will book with the Hotel Flora again.

The location is a very quaint town. The room was bigger than I expected. Although I am not much of a breakfast person, they have a good selection to choose from. The entire staff was extremely helpful. They assisted me in checking in for a flight after my primary was cancelled by Lufthansa.

I cannot think of anything to be improved upon. I was very satisfied if not surprised with the hotel.

Erste und letztes mal....

Die zentrale Lage und nähe zum Theater. Sowie die Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr frisch, reichhaltig und wirklich sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer waren gross und hatten einen Balkon/Terrasse.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmer was sehr altbacken und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen über. Es waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad und viele Flecken am Bad Boden. Die Matratzen vollkommen durchgelegen. Wenn man sich mittig hinsetzt gingen am Fuss und Kopfende die Matratze nach oben. Im Kleiderschrank lagen tote Käfer da hätte man einfach mal wischen können. Der Teppichboden war sehr abgenutzt und Fleckig und schmutzig. Das Sofa wollte man nicjt wirklich benutzen da auch dies sehr Fleckig und schmutzig war. Es waren auch Haare und Krümmel auf dem Sofa. Fernsehen war nur bedingt möglich da nur die öffentlich Rechtlichen Programme schaubar waren. Nicht einmal RTL oder andere Sender. Wir baten den Mitarbeiter des Hotels uns doch bitte ein Taxi zu rufen um zum Theater zu kommen und uns wurde nur eine Karte mit der Rufnummer in die Hand gedrückt. Wir sollen es selber bestellen. Service ist was anderes
