Location was really good, close to the airport and far away from downtown’s crowdence, so cozy was. But AC’s heating was

Not recommended

They have a parking that you need to pay extra. I asked the person of the desk if they have a parking and he told me it was underground. Just need to enter and take the ticket. I thought was included in the price cause at the entrance of the parking there is no information of the tarifs per hour/night. At the end i payed one night of parking but if found the situation disappoint. The hotel is becoming a low cost b&b taxing everything separately.

- Fitness room & Sauna to open earlier - 6 or 6:30am so people can go & be done before breakfast commences @ 7am - Sofa bed for our daughter was rock hard (just ok for kids) - Bath / Shower water didn’t drain well in our room

Comfortable

Rooms were clean, toilets clean and were cleaned both day while we were staying there. Room doesnt have kettle ,but has a coffee machine,but staff was really kind and we could get tea from the restaurant area, i will appreciate if 2 water bottles are provided in a family room, and the water to be provided every day of the stay,rest it was a very comfortable stay.

I will appreciate more water bottles for a family room as 1 bottle is too small and not enough for 4 people.. also if water is provided everyday that would be great too, also if someone is extending the stay, they shouldn’t have to pay a too high price hut a discounted price, or extended stay was expensive than actual stay ..

The room for our family was spacious and the provided a extra bed without charge.

There was a free welcome drink if you sign up for a membership but the internet gave problems so I didn't work but this was just a minor thing all in all it was perfect.

A typical Mercure hotel

Close to the tram station. It is a typical Mercure Hotel but one with a good restaurant inside that serves local foods and lots of beers and wine. If you're tired at the end of the day, it saves your evening without compromise.

The price was enormous due to the exhibition.

The bed was comfortable.

The shower box was open, so it was impossible to take a bath without making the whole bathroom wet. The check in guy was kinda rude and there were no clear signs near the hotel showing it’s entrance, which caused a lot of back and forth until we made it to the hotel reception.

room was very spacious and clean. looked nice and modern. coffee machine was a bonus and hand soap/body wash smelled nice.

Mattresses were really uncomfortable, my back aches a lot in the morning. toilet roll holder was about to fall off, no tea bags with the coffee machine and no fridge in the room.
