Lovely clean and comfortable room and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious

Our flight was canceled. We were hungry and tired. Sunday night, everything was closed. Having even a muffin or bagel or something would have been nice. Booked breakfast and wasn't able to eat because our early flight and kitchen were not open. Couldn't cancel breakfast, so we paid for nothing. Not even a coffee was available. Machine for coffee? Really? Went to get a coke and water in the lobby and was about to get charged until I mentioned that we paid for breakfast and would not be able to eat and he said its ok you dont have to pay. I needed a usb charger for my phone. Boarding pass and alarm are all on my phone. Most important and I will never forget my usb charger again. Small technology that would have helped. If it wasn't for a young lady who checked in while I was at the front desk offered to give me hers to use for the night. My phone would have been dead. My evening was already stressful for my daughter and I since our flight was canceled. I didn't expect the hotel staff to add to the stress by being totally useless.
