Not recommended

The room was large and pretty clean, quiet despite being by the highway. We were able to check-in earlier.

The staff at the reception during check-in and our stay was not helpful or friendly, particularly the man working at the reception was answering my questions in a rude and weird way. During check-in I asked how much would that cost to get the airport by a taxi and he said he does not know as he is not a taxi driver. But then I explored there is so obvious info about taxi cost provided in the information screen in the room. He did not provide any info about public transport either. He totally ignored our AC problem in our room as the room temperature was 26degrees and even more during our entire stay. They did not fix the AC problem or change our room with a functioning cooling system. I had only my cable to charge my phone as the C-type plugs are very common at the hotel rooms, but here there is no and when I asked any support to charge my phone, the same guy at the reception ignored my request. The location of the hotel is not convenient at all due to the unreliable S-Bahn System, which can go under maintenance or stop working all of a sudden and getting to the center takes more than an hour with transfers! I don't recommend you to buy breakfast as it is expensive compared to what they serve. During check-out, after having heard of our negative experience, the lady at reception tried to make our day, I thank her.

Staff was friendly and room was good and clean, for a competitive price.

I chose an airport hotel with restaurant to stand a chance of having dinner upon (late) arrival (21.00). Instead the restaurant was in disuse, the bar snacks (heated freezer food) were sold out and also the bar would close at 22.00 h anyway. Therefore the description needs to be updated.

Spotless clean and looks like recently refurbished. Big comfy room. Courteous front desk helped us move to another room and gain a bit more time for checkout. Excellent breakfast offering fresh quality products.

frustrating that the cost cutting impacts what I liked about the hotel on previous visits.

Third time staying there (7 rooms). What's great: staff, shower, and breakfast.

cutting back on services but not reflected in price. rooms not cleaned daily. no irons in room and only 12 to go around (so never available). small bath towels. no safe in room. bar/restaurant can't be charged to the room so I had 4 nights of bills that I couldn't pay all in one go at the end. horrible pillows, half a duvet, and rock hard bed
