Exept the time looking for the garage and entrance of the hotel … everything else was ok

Very good value hotel

Very nice hotel with huge suites, very convenient for our family of 5. Kids especially liked the bunk bed and the chalk board. The breakfast room is beautiful, breakfast itself is very decent, and they also serve good pizza and drinks for purchase in the evening. The entire staff was exceptional, extremely nice and helpful.

The entrance to the garage is tricky to find, especially if using Apple Maps.

Everything was great except for the car park experience was terrible

The room size was big and everything was clean. Surprisely, walkout stage and yoga mat are available in the room. Radio system in the shower room. Good for family traveller.

Booking.com should have staed that this hotel's in-house underground parking (P3) in unavailable in the period from 10.06.2025 - 12.09.2025, However, the neighboring underground garages (P1 and P2) are available within walking distance. Some area may not have no elevator and customer may required to carry their luggages in stairs. Additionally, water leaking from the shower room. We need to collect extra towels from the check-in desk to dry up the floor to sure no unexpected accident.

My stay was wonderful.

The breakfast was delicious: I enjoyed the various options of fresh bread, the various coffee options, the eggs. The food was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable, and the shower head was strong. The workers in the room next to mine were accommodating, professional, and polite.

I was pleased with every aspect of my stay.

Location was on the edge of a beautiful garden.The freshness in the air was amazing.The rooms were big and neat and clean.The bathroom had music which was the best for us.I loved the idea that FM was being played in the bathroom always .The towels were fresh and clean.

The uncourteous staff , the people serving the breakfast specially.On a weekend we could not even get a choice of eggs ,as they said we are not equipped to handle rush and on a weekend we have a lot of guests.Thewe was no toaster to toast the bread, the selection of fruits were very poor.Only one coffee machine was working and one was conked off.

I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for military members who are going to be assigned to Patch Barracks as it is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I used the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and it went off without a hitch. Breakfast looks great; however, I just didn't have time to sample it on this trip. Bed was very comfortable and wifi worked great.

The week I stayed there, the temperature in Germany was HOT and the hotel didn't have AC. I opened the windows for a cross breeze, but the people near me were smokers and the smell would carry into the room. I would have liked to have a microwave in the room.

Room, space, facilities, location, staff (very friendly). Great location for the Stuttgart Messe. Local restaurants were good. Facilities very clean and modern. Would highly recommend.
