The room was very small. It was smelly and a lot of construction in the hallway. The bathroom felt like an old one at my grandmothers place. My car was blocked and I couldn’t leave. And there was no staff I could talk to.

The price, location, the actual rooms compared to the pictures. Seriously the price, I'm sure it was raised due to the fest going on, over €200 is ridiculous. The whole place is dark and not inviting unlike the staged pictures.

Don’t stay there unless you absolutely have to

The staff was friendly

This hotel needs to be decomissioned. Everything from the lights, furniture, soap containers to walls and windows was broken and not replaced since what seems like 10 years. This is NOT a Best Western hotel. Don’t recommend breakfast either, the cuttlery laid in a box mixed with crumbs and insects, also there was hardly anything to eat….

The room was very basic, but it was a good value for the price in such an expensive city.

There is a lot of construction in the area, especially near the train station. Therefore, navigating the temporary tunnels and pathways can be very confusing for a visitor.

short distance from Train station. close to mall

15 min walk from main train station. very close to Mall so easy to get food. Quite room. competitive price. did not try the breakfast because have to check our early in morning.

The room had a good size for fitting 4 people. The beds and the sofa/bed we're very comfortable. The room was very silent.

The bathroom needs remodeling. The pipes smell too strong, it is almost unbearable.

I wanted a single bed for 2 people but got two separate beds and they were splitting when we made movements in the bed. location was close to city center, but it wasn't near a metro and it's a bit hilly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NO HEATING, LIAR OWNER AND STAFF, DISCUSTING CONDITIONS

We did not like anything about the hotel.

Everything was a disaster here, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT GOOD FOR YOURSELF. First, they TURNED OFF THE HEATING IN EVERY ROOM in the middle of December, and they lied to everyone about it, we had a thin sheet, and they gave us one small heater which was about 100 years old and it had terrible smell and of course it could not heat up the room, so no wonder that WE GOT SICK BECAUSE OF THIS HOTEL, AND WE HAVE BEEN ILL EVER SINCE THEN. The staff was helpless and useless at the same time. The rooms were dirty, there were other humans hair in the bed, and the breakfast was also terrible, like the poorest and cheapest one I have ever since... and I have been to a lot of hotels. This place doesn't even have the right to call itself a hotel, it's a motel and it is the cheapest one while you have to pay a hotel price for it. They did not even compensate us, even knowing the fact that we were freezing in our room...the owner himself did not even say sorry after he asked us if everything was okay, and we said no. We contacted booking.com customer service, but they turned our complaints down due to the fact that the owner and the staff LIED TO THEM ALSO AND TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS HEATING WHILE WE WERE FREEZING FOR 2.5 DAYS IN THEIR HOTEL ROOM. Thanks for making us sick, so we could not work for 5 days and had to pay a lot for medications, it wouldn't have been worth it even if it was free....I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!!!!

Very good and well located for a short stay in Stuttgart

We had a problem with someone having an accident and the on duty person from the staff that night helped us with first aid, calling an ambulance, organizing a taxi to the hospital to see the injured person and was there to support in the best possible manner. Thank you very much for that once again.

Spacious room and good location

We didn’t have soap in our bathroom when we arrived. We didn’t get our room cleaned up. The shower was unstable and spilled all over the place. Breakfast was poor and the selection was tiny. There wasn’t even a fan in the room, so beware if you go on hot days. Some of those things could be ignored but since this is supposedly a 3 stars hotel the quality we found was very far from what we expected.

A hotel that makes you feel like being home

Nice and quiet hotel, just 1km walking from Stuttgart HB. Really friendly staff, which help us and give us recommendations on how to move around Stuttgart and what to see. The room was good size and had a door to the outdoor patio. The bed very comfortable, All in all a really enjoyable stay, just a pity we only stayed 1 night.
