The room was nice with a good view of the neighborhood. The breakfast was typical German, but the coffee was excellent.
Better signage on the front of the hotel. We walked from the Hauptbahnhof, and had once on the street it was a little hard to make it out.

Room was clean and comfortable
Getting to the property was abit of a struggle as we had to climb a long flight of stairs

The staff were polite.
The price, location, the actual rooms compared to the pictures. Seriously the price, I'm sure it was raised due to the fest going on, over €200 is ridiculous. The whole place is dark and not inviting unlike the staged pictures.
