The only thing I could find to criticise is the view. I was on the 11th floor and could see for miles but there's not much to see in this part of Stuttgart; it's more for business. And for business purposes, this hotel is ideal in every way

I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the lobby was full of loud, intoxicated guests, creating an unpleasant first impression. At check-in, I was assigned a room with a shower instead of a bathtub, despite my reservation specifically requesting a bath. Once in the room, I noticed that the cleanliness of the floor was below standard. During the night, the guests in the adjacent room were noisy and attempted multiple times to open the connecting door, which woke me up. I tried contacting reception for assistance, but no one answered my calls. The following morning, I ordered room service; however, my order was delivered incorrectly. I hope you take this feedback constructively, as I believe these issues can and should be addressed to improve the guest experience. Terrible stay at an overpriced hotel. Could not get our room on time and were offered nothing for it

Check-in was at 3 PM but we were not allowed to check-in to our room until 4:20 PM. We had a table at Volksfest at 5 PM. This made us late to our table which ultimately lost us money. The staff offered nothing as an apology such as including breakfast. The price for what you get here is not reasonable. Additionally, the bed was really uncomfortable.

Good Stay In Stuttgart-Vaihingen

Excellent location close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn tracks that give superb links to downtown and the airport. Modern room that was clean. Breakfast offered exceptionally high quality items with friendly attendants. Front desk clerks were all very courteous and went out of their way to help with several pop-up issues.

Internet in my room was very weak. I used the strong WiFi in the lobby.

Great size room with very comfy beds nice shower, swimming pool excellent parking good. Breakfast choice was very good with loads of choice the well stocked for a busy hotel. Good location in town.

Parking exit very sharpe on the corner. It was lovely to have a spa but a bit reluctant to use because it required nude access only. Position of hotel was a little far out of stuttgart.

The best place I've stayed in Stutgardt

Everything. Great pool spa and sauna and steam room. Tastefull comfortable furnishings. ONly 13 mins to Marienplatz in the city on the train which is at your doorstep and a really pleasont trip.

I would have liked room service as standard though as it was quiet some nights staff did it anyway.

Not so tidy , not clean. No refill foods for the breakfast and the cleansing staff always occupied the lift during morni

Good environment

No room service! Only have staff change the towels, but no one clean the room or change bed sheets for us. We stay there over a week. Even though I called the receptionist to request have room service, the staff only gave the stuff for us. No one clean or vacuumed. The cleansing staff only want to finish their work quickly. They used the lift during the morning breakfast peak hours! We need to wait for long long time as the cleansing staff put the trolley inside occupied the lift and block the way. We need to spend over 15mins to wait for the lift, and the lift will stop every floor. The breakfast is good, but they didn’t refill the foods when is almost finished, even though is still have an hour to close. Seems 9:30 the food is already finished but no more refill.

This is an excellent city hotel. The room with a balcony is a delight.

If anyone is thinking of staying at the Pullman I would recommend the room with a balcony. It was absolutely lovely.

The staff at check in could be more pleasant. However this did not tarnish my stay.

Good value for money

Great value for money. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Good location with easy access. Secure underground parking available at extra cost.

Cna't think of anything we didn't like, other that aircon access hatch in one of the rooms was leaking all night but we were too tired to ask for a room change, and only stayed one night. So, can't tell how the staff would've taken it if we'd ask for room change. When we mentioned to them in the morning upon checkout they just said tanks for letting us know, but didnlt offer a refund or other sorts of compensation.
