Personally I found some staff curt on the border of rude. Attempted to charge twice for drinks that were paid. My personal experience only , others in party enjoyed. Tiny ( I mean TINY ) shower 8 of our group of 30 couldn’t get into them .

The exterior lights illuminated the room through spaces in the curtains all night. 3rd floor is better. Also the pillows are uncomfortably and the duvet is very narrow

Far exceeded my expectations

The hotel is cozy and has a homely feeling. The breakfast was simply the best and the most fresh of what I have had at hotels in Germany. The staff are extremely nice and can speak good English.

The bathroom should have a bit more space. The shower heads should be a bit more maintained. Just nitpicking.

Nice breakfast, room spacious enough. Closest place to Uni, that I found.

Very loud place, lots of noise outside when windows were just a bit open, lots of traffic also late at night. When closing the windows it was too hot to sleep. The internet connection had some issues when I needed to join a conference call, not smooth.

I liked the location, parking and the staff. We had an exceptional reception person who helped us find the parking, coordinated for breakfast and was overly helpful with checking in.

The room looked to not have been booked for a while, it had some cobwebs and was dusty inside. There was no Restaurant available during the stay for us which complicated dinner plans. We checked out and the reception didn't tally up the bill for waters and snacks... they called later and we had to settle the bill afterwards.
