room was the right size for one person, was warm and comfortable, shower facilities were good,

could have done with a small fridge in the room to keep the drinks cold like fresh milk as I do not like powder or long-life milk. Due to Corona, there were no evening food facilities, which was not mentioned on the web page

Very good

We only used the hotel to sleep during the christmas days so we have not used any of the facilities. In general hotel is good, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I would use the hotel again

awful experience ; staff lacking hospitality experience !

nice and quiet location room was large

another guest was allocated the same room as I was and therefore came in while I was sleeping ! Next morning, a maid came in without knocking while I was in the bathroom When I came in, the heating was warming the room and bathroom full speed although the weather was quite warm. This is ludicrous Restaurant was closed

- clean, spacious room - modern, calm, nice, green environment - good breakfast (different kinds of cold meat, egg, bacon, vegetables, cake, fresh bread rolls, pretzels, tasty jams, etc.)

- pressure in the shower could be higher (but it was still acceptable) - there is an alarm clock in the room, which in itself could be positive, but the previous guest had left it set to wake us up at 7 AM :-( I think no alarm clock should be placed in the rooms because it is practically impossible to prevent such incidents.

Exceptional

The room was big and confortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of products and everything was fresh. The breakfast cost was only 8€/person and children under 12 didn't had to pay. The price/quality rate was excellent. The garage was beneath the hotel and you could get to the elevator from the parking directly to the room floor.
