We’d love to stay again to adventure further

This location is so ideal for transport, shopping, restaurants and local amenities. It was super easy to get around and find things in the area really close to the hotel to visit. We had two adults and a teenager, booked the junior suite, super spacious!

Two super small things in light of the whole benefits; 1- I must of booked wrong as breakfast wasn’t included even though I’m confident it should have been. Paid separately with no issue. 2 - TV in the room wasn’t up to expectations in terms of usability for all the available channels in the guide list and connecting devices to screen mirror.

Everything was wonderfull, i came with my kids it was very easy to travel in the city, breakfast was good healty many choices. Room was very smart. Bravo. For next travels to other cities i will check if you are there.

Expected better

The size of the room and the soundproofing. My husband liked the sauna area and the breakfast was nice as well.

I really do not like the lobby area, very cold and not welcoming. I don’t understand the amazing reviews from other guests. For the price you can book a five star hotel in Stuttgart. The breakfast would have been great but at 10:50 they had people coming in looking around in coats and backpacks at the buffet. Then at 11:00 they allowed them to fill up take away boxes and paper bags. They did this quite obvious if you know what I mean. There were 4 hotel guest tables still eating breakfast and this was very disturbing. I support saving food and not wasting it but it should be done probably at 11:20 or after? The room’s bathroom is more like a cabin with no real walls so you get very little ‘privacy’. The hotel has no restaurant in winter time.

On Sunday - restaurant and bar were closed. This was not stated at the booking and to be honest no one expects from hotel reataurant, bar and room service would also be off.

Great place to stay in Stuttgart

Location is great, shops, resturants, transport, etc. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Right next to the hotel is a very big mall and the city library which is amazing.

They leave only 2 coffee capsules and 2 decaf, so you should buy your own if you stay more days. It was a bit windy for the third person sleeping on the couch. I spent 20 mins at the reception as they couldn't find that I paid trough Booking.

Nice, modern rooms

The room was large and well laid out. I liked how large the bathroom area was. The beds were comfy.

It was very expensive but it was Oktoberfest weekend so that is probably why.

Travelling with teenager two days in Stuttgart, visting Porche and Benz museum.

Very good location (close to the public transport which we used). Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was great, my teenager loved it! Some vegan options available, which I appreciated (etc plant based milk, margarine). The sauna was perfect after a long museum day!

It was a lovely room with very good location and they even considered my claustrophobia.

They lost my booking so I had to wait for quite a long time until they resolved the issue.

Perfect hotel experience!!

Just wonderful! Best shower & beds that we’ve had all vacation (4 other properties). Conveniently located to shopping center & restaurants. Super clean & modern facilities. Loved everything about it!

It was fabulous and would love to go back.

The location is superb! It’s near the train station, restaurants are accessible nearby and there is a shopping center just beside the hotel.

It’s a bit dusty and I’m not sure if the floors are really clean. For me and my husband who have dust allergies or have sensitive noses, it wasn’t really that clean. Sorry to say. But overall, we have had a great stay.

Pleasant overall, but we experienced a few unresolved issues during our stay.

The location was excellent—nicely centered and conveniently located next to a shopping mall with a parking garage. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the curtain in our room didn’t fully cover the window, so we were woken up very early by the morning sun. The Apple TV box also wasn’t working, which meant we couldn’t connect our devices for light entertainment in the evenings. We reported both issues to reception—first by phone and then again in person the next morning. Although they initially apologized and said maintenance would look into it the next day, nothing had been fixed when we returned after a full day out. It was a holiday weekend (Easter), so we assumed there were staffing limitations. However, we didn’t receive any updates or follow-up, and only at check-out were we told that they had been waiting for us to reach out again if we wanted a room change. That part of the service felt confusing and a bit disappointing.

Clean, good breakfast, confortable, good showers. Location is very good near a mall with many restaurants and only 2 stops by metro from the city center.

Decent but bring your own pillow

Comfortable room, except for points below. Good location.

Pillows are terrible (bring your own inflatable one). Needless attempts to be hip/modern at the expense of usability, even after 2 nights we couldn't get the toilet to flush reliably with the silly light sensor strip thing in the wall, sometime it seems to respond to a wave, sometimes needs to be touched, sometimes doesn't respond at all.... It's not like there aren't well established mechanisms for flushing toilets...

The most expensive hotel stay we had during our tour of Germany but unfortunately did not come close to the Moxy at Colo

The room and bathroom were clean and had adequate space. Easy to access local shops and restaurants.

The shutters to close out light were extremely noisy meaning your woken when other guests used theirs. The single bed topper mattress was to short and constantly moved.

Pillows were so bad, weak, formless, that i barely slept and woke up with neck pain. All the fancy lights and artwork don't help when basics like this are wrong. If they got good new pillows I'd stay again

Too many small things wrong

We have took our luggage up to the room , the queen bed were with 2 single duvets! , the cleaning persons didn’t clean the cups of tea until i put them in bathroom the other day , one of the rooms had a problem with bathroom flashing and the couldn’t fix , our room had a problem with the windows shade i had to put nylon cover to cover the sun when I told them they said they called the company to fix but they didn’t come to fix.

Great hotel for a weekend stay in Suttgart!

People working at Jaz are very friendly and helpful - uncomplicated Check-in and parking lot directly opposite the hotel (for only EUR 20 which is more than fair). Love the breakfast buffet that offers a wide range of food. Shopping center next to the hotel and a very nice rooftop bar. Big and clean rooms.

Excellent hotel, will definitely come again!

The room was really nice, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking was full when we arrived as we didn’t reserve ahead of time but we were able to park at Milaneo mall for 25 EUR which is next door and very convenient.

The reception services need improvement On a hotel guest questions , always answering “ we will try to do our best” but no result and obviously the staff at the reception does not talk each other for the visitors requests , in order to do proper follow up / using yellow notes only to write the requests on them/ , is not cutomer oriented service

Fabulous 5 star hotel

The location and hotel room were excellent. Brekfast has a variety of food, including a veg sandwich. It is next to the shopping centre Milaneo and Stuttgart public library.
