Large spacious room,very good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Close to airport and cruise port.

Room was not clean. Dirty floors and tables. Shower did not work well and door gaped open so water spilled onto floor. Called room service about the floor,someone came and lightly passed a mop in small area which did nothing. I redid bathroom floor and area where we walked with wash cloths.Showed the very dirty wash cloths to management. They apologized and gave us extra reward points and would take it up with housekeeping.

Quick and confortable stay

The location close to the airport and easy access, the restaurant, and the staff. The rooms were cleaned and the staff very accommodating when we needed some more bedding for the pullout couch. The European fixtures and quality of the bedroom stuff.

Nice Hotel Stay

Nice hotel with a nice bar area to get munchies. Bartender was very attentive. The pool area was pretty awesome!

It was kind of confusing getting into the correct side. The Marriott side was Plainly visible. I don’t realize we were at the AC Marriott side which is not plainly marked and only accessible through the parking garage. They didn’t have an ice machine. They had to bring us ice.

The location was great , the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and had a good mini fridge, the walls/shower had some areas that could have been cleaner but overall the cleanliness was comfortable and the flooring being laminate rather than carpet made it feel cleaner. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were great. The pool was clean but the tile needed fixing many places. The breakfast was a European breakfast, we were expecting a nice American buffet so that was disappointing since we love breakfast! The hotel was quiet, we stayed on a Tuesday-Thursday while our house was being rented. It was great for a staycation.

Corner rooms don’t have a shade on the one window so avoid that room if you want complete darkness.

If you have time to take advantage of the amenities this hotel is for you.

The amenities including lobby bar, pool area and gym (best I have ever seen in a hotel anywhere). Location was also excellent with restaurants, including one of our favorites, Coopers Hawk and shops right outside the front door. Staff is very professional and capable.

I believe they charge for parking which I consider a money grab. We returned our rental car and just took the shuttle to the airport. The other thing is you need to use your room key for everything. The hotel is in a public area so I understand but at times was not convenient like when your hands are holding coffee and you are in the elevator and can't simply press the button for your floor as you need to scan your key first.

The property is new and very clean, the rooms were nice and the bed comfortable.

The AC in my room didn’t work, the fan was blowing but the air didn’t work. I woke up at 2:00 am soaking wet from the humidity and it was too late to change my room.

We were only there for 12 hours - room was clean, pillows and bedding could be refreshed, pillows seemed really old. We booked this hotel due to having an early morning flight. We knew it had a shuttle which was one of the reasons why we booked this. Front desk told us the shuttle ran 24 hours on the hour. At 0345 we were at the waiting area, by 0410 the shuttle had not arrived. We then booked an uber as we had a flight to catch. As we packed our luggage into the uber up 0416, the shuttle showed up. We were not happy!

Decent Enough, Expected More from an AC Hotel.

The location was close to the Hardrock and I was going to a concert there so the location was convenient. It's also nice that Dania Point is in walking distance so there are restaurants and stores nearby. The staff member that checked us in was very cordial and helpful and made the check-in process very easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean.

The hallway leading into the room was hot, where as the lobby was cold. As soon as we entered the room we noticed a damp smell that was not pleasant - we went to buy a candle to mask the smell. The main AC vent was dirty and spotted, we weren't sure if it was mold or something else. There was a pillow on the sofa that was out of place - lack of attention to detail. The curtain had stains on it, I guess the hotel doesn't wash those. After showering the first time, we noticed that water leaks from the shower (I am sure that doesn't help with the damp smell). The ice machine on our floor didn't work, there was no sign stating as such. Check out is at 12 PM, and yet housekeeping showed up at 11:30 AM knocked quietly and opened the door even though we were still in the room and told her not to open the door. Upon check-out, Front Desk told us to keep a hotel access card to get out, except it didn't work and we had to pay $22 to get out of the premises even though the hotel charged me for self-parking. I had to call back, provide a receipt proving we paid to request a refund which was just inconvenient. This experience was disappointing. I have stayed at 2 other AC hotels before and this experience overall did not meet my expectations and I do not feel I received value for the price I paid. Next time I will not spend my money staying at this hotel.

Front employees were nice. The facility itself is just ok room was smelly but comfortable. Bathroom faucet was falling off Shower door was a joke.

The advertised breakfast is HORRIBLE. The staff could not speak English the offering g was poor at best NO HOT entrees items were either missing or out with no replacement the neighborhood was shakey at best the hotel was laid out poorly and no worth considering going back. Not worth the money we paid. Keep this place in your rear view mirror. Never coming back. We get a better breakfast anywhere else than this place.

There was construction all around you couldn’t relax or sleep. That was not mentioned when speaking with the reservation line or doing check -in. I requested to cancel the second night it was ignored.
