THE SHUTTLE FEMALE DRIVER WAS UPSET ABOUR SOMETHING AND IT SPILLED OVER TO US AND OTHERS RIDING BECAUSE SHE HAD TO SWITCH VEHICLES OR SOMETHING ELSE. SHE WANTED US TO GET OUT AT A TERMINAL THAT WASENT OURS SO I PUT THE LUGGAGE BACK ON AND SHOWED HER WHERE OUR TERMINAL WAS. I KNOW THINGS CAN BE HECTIC AT TIMES BUT IT SHOULD NOT COME BACK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO KNOW BETTER OUR ROOM WAS MISSING A REFRIGERATOR MICROWAVE AND OFFICE CHAIR WHICH DOES NOT REFLECT THE PICTURES SHOWN AND WHEN CALLED TO ASK TO GET ONE NONE OF THE ITEMS WAS SENT TO OUR ROOM

Extremely noisy. Could not sleep for one minute all night. Drag racing, motorcycles , truck noise all night. No soundproofing in room or windows .Room not clean. Breakfast very poor.

We checked in on a Sunday at approximately 7:30 - 8:00 pm. The clerk that checked us in was friendly & efficient.

Toilet did not flush properly. You are unable to open door to bathroom fully as it hits the toilet. Hot water was minimal. The mattress moves on the platform bed frame. Very loud traffic noise.

Stay someplace else.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (Eva, in particular). We were glad we were able to store our luggage at the front desk while we waited to check in. Early check-in was not available for us that day

The lobby was the only updated and clean/comfortable part of our stay. The room looked clean at first glance but when you really look, the furniture was dirty, scratched, broken. Things like towel bars and toilet paper holders were not properly anchored to the wall and were falling off. The room looked like someone hired an amateur DIY-er to renovate it. The TV was plugged into an outlet that wasn't working and there were random holes in the wall. One of the cabinets was missing a door and there were stains on the lampshade. The ceiling paint was peeling off in the shower. The walls were dirty with splatters and fingerprints. Did not want to sit on the chair in the room, it was threadbare and dirty. We eventually asked to switch rooms, but the room we moved to was fairly similar to the first. Definitely did not feel like I was getting my money's worth for our stay. The pool was closed down and was in the middle of being torn up. There was a fun warning sticker on the pool door stating that it was in danger of collapse. Please see photos. I definitely did not feel comfortable in the rooms at the hotel.

My room didn’t have a fridge or a microwave and when I was checking out, a lady came down to the front asking why her room didn’t have one and they put her in a room that did have one, so I just don’t understand why all rooms don’t have them

What I didn't like was the noisy 95 highway right next to the hotel. I was on the first floor, then I asked to be moved to another room to escape the noise of the million cars flying on the highway. They moved me to the second floor in the middle of the hotel, and you still heard all the cars as if you were literally sleeping on the highway. Too much noise. This hotel needs silent proof windows because they are next to a highway. It feels like the hotel is in the middle of I-95.

It was near the main interstate

All of the rooms are infested with ants & I’m allergic to them. We could not change to another room because the front desk clerk stated that all of the rooms have ants. We couldn’t get a comfortable nights sleep at all. Ants also got into our luggage. Therefore, we cut our stay & left early. I will not recommend staying at this hotel. They were already aware of the ant issues and they don’t have any types of insect spray available on the property for immediate use.
