This was embarrassing for a Hilton. Do better.

Close to the airport

A dump, dirty, furniture falling apart, stained. For 400 dollars a night this was embarrassing.

Good enough for a one night stay

Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts, premade circles of eggs with cheese. no meat selection, such as sausage. Had all the typical cereal, breads, yogurt and muffins, etc. Room was a good size, with full size fridge, microwave.

No real complaints to offer.

Don’t do it!!

Location

Needs a total redo!! Elevator not working! Smells like strong air freshener from lobby to the room! Husbands eyes swelled from it! Lamp in the room covered with rust and sticky!!

The property was in terrible condition. They didn't have the room type we reserved and tried to give us a lower grade room for the price we paid . Suddenly , they found a room and it was dilapidated.

The line was long and could have been better organized based on available space. Should look at restructuring the method of delivery of food. Should not have to stand in one long line just for refilling juice. Plenty of lobby space for making the flow better, maybe move the toaster from the middle of the line to another area

Look elsewhere

The rooms are large and the breakfast was pretty good. It is very close to the airport and cruise port.

You can tell this is an older hotel that has been remodeled and even though it's been remodeled it needs some TLC. There is a rest all over the lighting fixtures, the furniture is well worn. The pool area did not have any towels. I believe this place is supposed to have a complimentary airport shuttle however during our stay they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to take us to the airport. My biggest complaint is the staff. The staff here have terrible attitudes. They never smile, make absolutely no effort to improve your stay or even solve simple problems. The young lady Andrea who checked us in seemed to hate her job. I truly can't remember the last time I encountered staff that were so unfeeling and uncaring. We were stranded here due to the winter storm and the biggest accommodation that they would allow us is 30 minutes later check out. They also jacked their prices up to $500 a night to take advantage of those of us who have no recourse but to be stuck here.

Overall very nice property, but the customer service is what gives it a 10! Louis and Marika rock!

Staff was very competent and over the top for being helpful. I could not have asked for better! I needed boarding passes and luggage tags printed and they helped me with sending them to their email to print for me. Super helpful! I believe their names were Louis and Marika! Excellent customer service!

Only one elevator operational and the button for Lobby was broken and you had to hold it for a long time to get it to ding or you didn't move. Bad during morning with so many people using the elevator to only have one.

The location is perfect. We love that every time we have stayed here is the same staff, that's says a lot in our opinion. And we love the Cuban restaurant across the street. You can walk to about everything you need.

The shower, there is no pressure so the shower head is more like a trickle of water. Only one elevator was operating.

Under whelmed

Airport shuttle didn’t get me for a hour - I waited about an hour

No one took responsibility and no one said they would address it with the driver…everyone said…well,we told him. I was even shown text messages showing he was told two minutes after I call at 9:32AM and again when u call back at 10:07AM … was picked up at 10:25AM and told…”I told them to tell you that I was dropping off guests”…then told traffic…the other hotels had made their 2nd and 3rd trips back….and the hotel was only 10 mins away. NOT HAPPY

The front staff are your best asset.The two young women were just great. Room was clean, plenty of towels. The cruise port shuttle guy was on time.

Room was very dark. Lamps were not strong enough to shed much light . Never did figure out how to turn on the bedside sconce light. You had no control over the little kids that were yelling and running up and down the hall,

Definitely stay here again. Great facilities and staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Small issue was very quickly fixed. Beds were comfortable and clean. It was nice to have small kitchenette. We travelled with 2 teens. Parking was provided for our rental car. Security available on site.

This was ok for an overnight to get to the pier but only one elevator was no good.

The place was clean, staff were efficient.

There were families where the children were literally climbing on top of tables and back of seats. I know this is a tough position for the staff but it was nerve wracking because I kept thinking the kids were going to fall- of course the parents were oblivious. I especially did not like that there was no restaurant/bar and there was only one elevator. Trying to get out with our luggage took forever.

The room was big, The bed was comfy. that's about it really. Checking staff clearly just doing a job

Where do we start. No ice machine on our floor. Used the lifts to get to one but ended up in the laundry. Breakfast..... certainly not what I call breakfast. Plastic plates, no cups other than paper cups. Food cold and unedable. Luckly we were gonig on a cruise so got breakfast there. We were charged on checkin (paid cash). On checkout our credit card was charged TWICE. No fighting to get the right amount of money back. Well not stay here again!!!

Really good hotel with new facilities, and everything you need, from a short to a long-term stay

The room is excellent and has everything that you may need, including microwave for preparing a late night snack and a refrigerator to keep food and cold drinks always available. The shower is good, and the room has plenty of space to store your things. The hotel facilities are very clean and new, and breakfast was also very good. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, we even needed to store our luggage for a few hours before check-in, and they promptly helped us with that. Parking is free and we felt safe even at night. I do recommend the hotel and definitely will book again.

Wasn't impressed 😕

Free airport shuttle, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and a delicious welcome cookie. We were offered early check-in and late check-out if we needed and luggage hold if our flight was delayed.

Our room was not cleaned properly, toilet had previous guests poop , sink had snot , the white oversized blanket on the bed were stained and soiled, the kitchenette literally had 1 plate to use, the tap had long streaks of cobweb that clearly needed to be wiped down, there was a trashcan right outside the elevator and it stink so badly.
