Rooms need a major overhaul. Overpriced givin the condition of the property.

Location was great as we were just laying over for a cruise. Room was large.

Room was very beat up and gross. Rust stains all over the bathroom and missing trim. Paint chipping off in multiple places. The bed was very low quality and room felt gross overall.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to access and close enough to Miami. It was great to have parking available. We had a big family and the room was the perfect size.

The place does not have the cleanliness that I expect from a Hampton Inn. The room was not attended every day. The AC was malfunctioning.

Smart technology failed the customer

Area felt safe

Door was dead so I was unable to access my room after a long travel day arriving at 4am. Then I was gaslight into thinking I did not check in correctly before the staff assisted in charging the door so I could unlock it. Terrible experience when already tired

Friendly staff

Our room wasn't cleaned very well. Dusty, not vacuumed properly and there was still hair in the tub from the last occupant. Also the toilet paper holder was broke.

Night agent was rude!! Only 1 elevator working & the one that was working didn’t have a/c. Night agent didn’t answer phone nor was she at the desk. Room couldn’t adjust a/c temp. Breakfast only had pork items & oatmeal.

The window did not open. The carpets and tiles were grubby and outdated. The breakfast was very poor. The bed sheets were crinkled and creased and the room dark.

A pitstop for airport/port, not for a vacation.

The hotel was clean..it was near the airport and lots of shops and eateries. The bed was cosy. Free parking was handy and it was around 10 minutes from the airport. The complimentary tea, coffee and cookies was a nice touch.

It was an old fashioned and outdated room and ensuite. The AC was extremely loud. The breakfast was sloppy and poor. The building coud be cleaner. The tv was not a smart one.

I did not like the fact that my daughter AirPods was leave in the room and when I first call they said it was not there . I have call a second time to speak with the House keeping supervisor then I got call that it is there . And I live in key west . That was my only issue but I be back in December
