Free shuttle to airport, breakfast and staff are the best here!

Breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of tasty choices! The driver who took us to the airport in shuttle was excellent.

The toaster needs to be replaced. Did not toast bread or bagel. The walls are super thin and it felt like the next room guests were in our closet. Hallways very noisy with loud guests.

Quick stay after getting off a cruise

The staff were great at check-in! They were super friendly. The property is located in a nice walkable location close to stores and restaurants.

The fire alarm in my room went off every time I took a shower. It was clearly no functioning correctly. The shower had very low pressure.

This is more of a 2* hotel. Does not live up to Hilton name

The only thing good about this property is the close proximity to the cruise port and walking distance to places to eat.

This hotel does not honor the 4pm check in as stated. You are placed on a waiting list and called. They refused to provide an estimated time. We were able to check in at 5:30… unable to use pool and hot tub due to late check in as now no life guard on duty. Staff failed to provide breakfast vouchers I paid for in advance. Staff were rude and provided zero compensation for the late forced check in. We weren’t even offered a shuttle to grab dinner while we waiting. So we walked to the TGI Fridays (my parents in their 70s walked as well) no apologies no anything. The only thing I was told was they had too many late check outs and the rooms weren’t ready.

A good stay but with some glitches.

The room was modern and well furnished. There were plenty of lights and charging outlets.The van driver was very helpful.

The TV was hard to use and the 2 men who came to fix the TV didn’t speak English. Also, the breakfast eggs were cold.

How can the Hilton call these "Garden" hotels?? The hotel is now a sterile modern decor!

Convenience and location and easy use of shuttle to port. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The name of this hotel is "Hilton Garden Hotel". The outside is like a garden, BUT I stayed in this hotel three years ago and the decor enhanced the concept of "garden"--now decor is a sterile modern. Also stayed in Hilton Garden in Fresno and there was nothing to do with "garden"-it was in a desperate modern environment. I started using these hotels as wanted to be in a garden environment both outside and inside. So my reason to use this hotel brand is totally absent from my interests. I'll probably not use Hilton Garden anymore unless going on another cruise from Ft Lauderdale. Breakfast offering had decidely deteriated from three years ago.

Decent location

I loved the location(two thumbs up) I was able to see the Guitar 🎸"the hardrock hotel". I also like the amenities(pool,gym). The check out staff (Lissa) was very helpful an great attitude/personality.

I didn't like that the deposit was double the amount of what was advertised on the bookings.com website when I booked my stay. Also the check-in staff wasn't too welcoming. The bathroom smelled like a wet dog & the air vent in the bathroom was very dusty(in my opinion-every airway should be made clear of dust after every visitor) and the toilet tissue roll should be changed/new after every visitor. Also the carpet in the room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog(in my opinion it would be nice if staff used the rug cleaner when the rug is at the point of dirtiness that I experienced it). Last but not least. I found a used condom wrapper at the head of the bed mattress.

Woke up to hardwood floors being soaked, along with our belongings!

The location was good, and breakfast was decent.

We woke up to our hardwood floors being saturated, so wet that it was a safety issue! The carpet was also wet. Our stuff on the floor was wet, the bottom of our carry bags and suitcases were wet. It was terrible!! Talk to front desk to get more towels to try and dry it up, no one ever came. The shower had no lip on it, so the floor got super soaked, so we had to clean that up! Managers supposed to call us, never did. I asked for a free night stay somewhere, And they offered us a discount on our next day somewhere. That is just not acceptable. We paid a lot of money and that was TERRIBLE!!!

Good but disheartened by someone’s DNA sharing my shower.

The location was a beautiful location, the staff was friendly. The amenities were typical Florida things nothing exceptional.

When I get into a shower and see multiple strands of hair high and low in the shower and toilet it leads me to believe was bathroom was not cleaned and sanitized at all. When this was bought up to the desk clerk she was very unconcerned about my gripe. I tried to be as mellow as possible although I was a bit angered.

My bed had an old mattress. The mattress pad was thin and worn and it and the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress as I slept. Tried to take a shower and let the water run for 15 minutes and I never got hot or even warm water.

Uninspired meals have been the same FOREVER. Also it would be nice to not have to bring my own toilet paper just once. We always have a room with very little toilet paper on the roll, and NO extra on the shelf. We have NEVER had a room that didn't have a very LOUD air conditioner. Upgrade A/C units.

Friendly staff at front desk. Large, clean rooms. Some shops and restaurants close by.

They used to have a large water urn in the lobby. We were thirst after our long trip and out of water and you had to buy it. A lot of hotels give you at least a free bottle of water. The bar gave us couple glasses of water but he looked peeved when we went back for refills. We went out and bought some bottles. Also, the breakfast used to be fairly good in the past but not this time.
