If you like paying for things that are free at almost every other hotel, stay here.

Aside from the ability to park my car at the hotel while we were on our cruise, there was very little that we liked about this property. See my comments in the next section about what we didn't like.

1. Over priced. Finding out that I could have gotten the room for half of the original price if I had booked 2 days before we came rather than early sucked. 2. There's a charge for everything. For the price we paid I would have expected a breakfast, but no, we had to buy it at their "Bistro" for over $40. No complementary coffee in the lobby, and parking was $15 a day. Don't get me started about the crap they pulled with internet service. 3. For the amount we paid I would have expected the hotel to be in better condition. It was worn and out dated in many places.

Hotel room needs some cleaning

It was really not like our previous stays at all. Pity we will not stay there again as it is very convenient to be so close to the airport.

I have booked the suite with a king bed and sofa bed, 3 Adults. I had to go ask for bedding for the sofa bed, they told me I should have told them to make the bed. The linen they gave us to make the sofa bed for my daughter is something that I will not even use on our dogs bed. We had to make the bed ourselves. The room is a handicapped room and smelled like urine, the basin is cracked and the bath needs to be replaced- handicapped room with a bath and not a rollin shower does not make sense. The Hotel has lost it charm for us and just felt like an old dump.

LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION!!

This hotel was fabulous for location to the casino. We attend concerts at the Hard Rock and for the value/location/cleanliness the hotel ROCKS!! We have stayed 2x in June and will be back for 2x in August.

Need to open the bar at 3pm. Always a plus to have a cocktail before checking in!

The property is great, the room was spacious and great for 4 people, we spend one night there and the check in was easy, the staff were welcoming and there was a restaurant on site which offered breakfast which was also very good. There si a shuttle bus from FLL which was fast and easy to use offered for free.

The cleanliness was not up to standard, however it is something which is easily fixed.

The "bistro". Was not great!! not even good! They were only open for certain intervals. They adertised starbucks coffee. only served until 10Am they first night we got there they closed early. The staff was not consistant. Some of them closed earlier than they should have. Front Desk was great! Room was great. We were not there on a vacation. We had to go somewhere because we had a flood at our house but I wouldn't go back there in an area where there are so many places to choose from! They could do much better!

Onsite bistro was understaffed and not open for some hours during the day and evening. Waited 30+ minutes to order breakfast. Long line for food. The property is not walking distance to any convenient alternative restaurants. Shuttle to cruise port driver was very nice and informative.
