I really like this hotel. The rooms are nice and big, staff is nice. Location is fine. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Not a bad place to stay if you’re just staying overnight to get to the airport or cruise. But make sure you stop to grab water or snacks because it is extremely over priced at the hotel store. I will not be booking here again due to upon checking out I left a ring there in the room on the bed. Once my flight landed at home I called immediately to tell them exactly where it was at. The ring was more sentimental than anything because it was given to me from someone who is very important to me. I had the feeling that the staff did not give effort. I could be wrong but I felt like if I gave specifically where then it makes it easier to locate. I love when establishments go over and beyond. I had better customer service from Marriott in Biscayne bay. After being checked in the clerk gave me two complimentary waters and provided information in the area. I did not get this with Cambria and for this reason they are not on my list for returning. Disappointing
