The check in process is OK but staff at the gate are not professional. Parking fee is required or you have to park across the street. If you decide not to park in the hotel, no one will help you with your luggage. No extra bed or cribs are available. Breakfast is very limited space in front of the reception

So I am basing all this from my experience on the phone. I had a death in the family and could not make the stay. I called and was advised that I could not be refund. So never made it. My experience in the passed was nice but this time I was disappointed 😞.
But such life.
