A great stay to wind down after our cruise until our flight the next morning.

The bathroom on the main floor was out of toilet paper but they were swamped with people heading to cruises.

We signed up to ride the airport shuttle at a specific time. Then at the designated time were told there was no room for us. The driver was very rude to us.

Closet was a little weird, would not open all the way. The dining was terrible, food wasn't even edible, nothing but a bar so no restaurant on site or even very close. I found out afterwards there was a shopping center just a few blocks away that I wished we had ate at instead.

Alright, but i'd look elsewhere next time

Breakfast was nice. Double beds were comfy.

I wouldn't say the staff were friendly or unfriendly, they were just very 'hi' and 'bye'. We got to the room and there were 2 double beds (we'd booked one room for 6 of us), we realised the sofa needed to be made up for a bed and there was no linen for the sofa bed. This was frustrating with 4 kids on tow, it was 11:30pm at night and we just done 20 hours of flying! The sofa bed wasn't comfortable but i suppose that's expected for a sofa bed. The lady chef was quite rude and abrupt. She seemed to walk around the dining area annoyed and moaning at the fact people were dining there. On the website it says $9 per person for a shuttle to the cruise port, the staff wanted to charge us $16 per person. We ended up getting an uber for 6 of us which was significantly cheaper.

Rooms were good size and were very comfortable. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and soap. Iron and ironing board in room along with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Good breakfast included. Uberx to cruise port $14 or you can use the hotel shuttle bus at a fee

Would happily stay again!

Room very comfortable enjoyed the living area and bed area was all clean. Room was a little noisy could hear outside traffic noise but it settled down by around 11pm both nights, generally it was a good sleep to the morning. The room we had was on ground floor and next to a conference room where Christians met and we could hear them singing and loud music from around 9am on the second morning which was a Saturday. The room had a desk in it, plenty of plug sockets and was comfortable. We would stay there again. They kindly let us store our baggage after checking out as we could go off do some shopping to kill time while our flight home to UK was later in the evening and they did not charge us for that facility.

Outside noise mostly from traffic Breakfast area is way too small for the size of the hotel and difficulty getting a table. No enough staff cleaning tables and checking on things running out causing us and other guests to get a bit upset. No forks one day, No hot-water water another day but the staff that were there were trying their best.

The location first and foremost. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and I love the space. Breakfast is always to my liking and to me its a very safe area.

Not really sure what I'd say was a dislike. It really is a wonderful area and I cannot say what I'd dislike about the place. Maybe a few stay after being a regular, that's about it.

We would come back but we would definitely be complaining more if we ran into this again.

Our first night we stayed was fantastic. The second night… service was absolutely wonderful! The problem we had was the screaming, slamming of doors and running up and down the halls…I wanted to let it go when we first got there but then it went on thru the night. Very disappointed.

It was just a serviceable hotel for an overnight stay. The sink had a big crack in it. We thought it didn’t feel as nice as most Hyatt properties.
