Excellent property, poor shuttle service. Should not advertise a shuttle because it is not accessible.

The property is close to the airport. The staff at the desk were very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious,

I was very disappointed in the shuttle service. I booked this hotel because of the location and the shuttle service. I called the hotel when we had our bags, waited 30 minutes with 5 adults and 5 kids. I called again and was told 7 groups ahead of us could be up to 1 hour. Wait. Decided to take cabs as we had a long flight and thought 1 1/2 hours was unacceptable. Shuttle service did call when we were in the cab. Very poor communication. Spent an additional $40 for a service that I expected,

Wonderful hotel with limited shuttle services

We left too early to have the breakfast. I think the answers above cover what we liked.

The shuttle service to the airport was limited to one trip per hour (on the half hour). We ended up taking the 5:30 shuttle, but if they had one every half hour we would have preferred a 6:00 am shuttle. I don’t know how they handle arrivals at the airport.

Great location but staff and upkeep needs improvement.

Location is great, so close to airport!

They charged us twice for the room, claiming the second was a deposit but it was for the exact amount of the room charge which makes no sense. Overnight staff was smarmy. One elevator was broken. The other was very slow. Shuttle was efficient but only runs once an hour not on demand.

Rooms are very spacious the manager Jeremiah was very kind the check in was very fast.

I didn’t like how short staff they were when I called and therefore laura was alone and she left me on hold for so long and also hung up on me because she was trying to manage too many things at once and she was also stressed the next morning and made me get a cab when the shuttle would have been free. The pictures showes the shuttle and my cab arriving at the same time. Waste of money

The water pressure in the bathroom was really low. Maintenance came and took a look but was unable to fix it. One only stayed one night, so it was a huge deal for us.

Dirty floor and junk breakfast!

Location to airport.

The bathroom floor was absolutely filthy which caused question to the cleanliness of the floor in the bedroom area which was a cheap, dark brown carpet. So, who could know if it was clean or not. Hotels in America that serve breakfasts like the one at this hotel, and there are too many, should be ashamed. The food is unhealthy, processed junk. It is embarrassing that we Americans accept this. Breakfast provided in European hotels are healthy, wholesome, fresh, and plentiful. Lots of fresh meats, cheeses, freshly made pastries, juices, and special coffees are provided. American hotel chains have found a way to dupe stupid people into thinking they are getting a good deal when they advertise that breakfast is provided. We need to stop accepting this terrible sham.

The space of the room was good, and you get breakfast. The location was also good.

The carpet was very dirty, and the room wasn’t dusted properly. Also the bed linen needs upgrading. The basin wasn’t allowing water to go down easily, it filled up, and took awhile to go down.
