Very clean. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and courteous.

This is a very cozy hotel! No pool, but free laundry and a gym plus a HUGE desk in the room with 2 chairs for work. Water is nice and hot. They don't clean your room every day, which in my view is a plus. Free coffee. Only real issue is parking is an extra $10 per day, so be sure to budget for that if you have a car.

First off, they charge $10 a day to park. Apparently a fairly new addition. Listing wasn't clear they charge for parking. They have chips, drinks, candy, and other sundries for sale in the 24 hour lobby, but $8 a (small) bottle of water and $5 for haribo gummies, so make sure you have your snacks prior. Arrived at 330pm and room wasn't ready. Place was quiet. Rooms clean. Very basic cookware, utensils, etc, but good enough. Not a walkable area. Looked like it may have been on the map. That's on me. Should've zoomed in more.

When we arrived at the property 10/12/26 around 1030am, we were informed the elevator was down and we would have to wait until 3pm (normal ck in time) for a room. ( I requested a early ck in due to our flight arrival time 3 weeks in advance when our reservation was made). Only way we could check in was to accept a room on the 5th floor (no elevator). The shuttle was scheduled for 7am we were told to be downstairs 5 min prior we arrived 645am shuttle finally arrived at 710am to take us to the airport we were supposed to be at the airport by 720am (needless to say we were late). Communication amongst staff was definitely not the best (staff/staff and staff/patrons). Needs improvement for sure! The room was nice (bathtub could've been cleaner, hair left on walls and in tub) otherwise very comfortable. I would give this hotel a better rating had accommodations been met without hassle and late transportation to airport.
