Overall, it’s a decent hotel and the rate was very good.

We really like the curio in the middle of the hallway w/ all the essentials that one might need (ex: umbrella; board games. etc)

I don't like that you all keep a hold on the credit card for weeks. We stayed w/ you a week ago and there is still a hold on my credit card. Just called the bank and they don't see where that hold has been lifted on your end. Once a person checks out; the hold on their card should be lifted right away. The same way you take it out instantly; it should be returned to the customer INSTANTLy

The scent in the room as you enter was not so good! It was like wet carpet/musty, I had to go to the store to purchase airfreshner and lysol for the room. The room is dated, for the price it's dated, my other family members stayed at another hotel in Dania and it was so plush and up to date and for less than what we paid! It was a regular early 2000's room, and I'm a IHG member! What got me also was the 10.00 per night for parking!!!

The location is perfect right in the middle to get the every place I needed, room was very clean and comfortable.

This was my 2nd time staying and I just realized there wasn't a pool, but that's ok for my stay we were in and out so no pool was needed this time.

It was a short stay but, I was not given the room that I had imitially booked with 2 queen beds

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I placed an order for 2 queen beds and when I arrived and questioned the single queen the gentleman told me, "You can either take it or go find somewhere else to stay" It was 1:30 ish in the morning by the time my flight arrived so therefore we did not really have another choice but to accept the room offered.

stayed twice during one week and both experiences were bad. the room smelled old, like mold. stale air. the bed skirt had dried blood, a lot of It. the shower curtain wouldn’t close fully. the refrigerator and toilet made random noises throughout the night. i had bite marks and became itchy in when laid down for bed , unsure if It was the sheets but my boyfriend suggested we leave

It was awful

When I arrived to the hotel we were given a room on level 3 and when we walked in there were 4 or 5 cockroaches on the kitchen counter. We left immediately and went to the front desk and were given a new room. The room looked better minus baseboards being broken and other little things of that sort. I put my kids to bed and when I woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom I found another cockroach. Unfortunately, it was a long day and didn’t want to wake my kids up since we had an early flight. So I stayed up making sure the kids were safe and nothing came on the bed. It was the worse experience

Ok for last minute

I booked this place last minute. Happy there was availability for such a short notice. Location was prime. Check in could have been a little swifter as far as parking decal. Room was mostly clean (I’m one of the people that clean my room upon arrival, because let’s just say all clean is not created equal). The only and biggest problem was I found a few tiny roaches around the sink area of the kitchenette. Thankfully I didn’t need to use that area but nevertheless they’re roaches. I only stayed one night. Staff was ok. I didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother me.
