Great place to stay. Great transportation. All Stars Transportation proved to be a good thing.

The room was very nice, very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Bed was great.

We needed dinner after arrival. A map of the area with possible food would be helpful. The front desk was prepared to give us driving directions. Not helpful. We needed walking directions. I wish we had stopped at Wendy's. Instead we continued to Red Lobster. A Wendy's burger would have been tastier.

Would stay again when coming in for a cruise.

We have stayed here before and would return again. There is a nice Cuban Restaurant within walking distance. There is a free shuttle to the hotel that would have been a quick pick up if we would have gone to the right place (our fault).

Our room had a connecting door. The people on the other side were very loud with kids. The kids had opened their side of the door.

Bath tiles are brown in color, feels slimy. Lamps stands are not clean. King bed is 3 feet high! I could have used a step stool! My husband literally had to pull me up!

Needs 2 luggage holders in the room Alot of cruise couples with or without kids that have extra luggage. Beds are too high for the elderly or disabled Need a footstool in every closet (even tho you can ask for one at the desk). Shouldn't have to ask for one.

It was a good hotel for just a one night stay for a pre-cruise

Free airport shuttle but took over an hour. Nothing of interest surrounding the hotel. It was clean and breakfast was good with the usual make your own waffle that I love.

Only complaint was the long wait for the airport shuttle.

The hotel has clearly been renovated, and it shows. The rooms are spacious, the beds and mattresses are very comfortable, and overall the accommodations felt modern and clean.

Unfortunately, the maintenance staff seemed indifferent and disengaged, especially the team responsible for breakfast. The breakfast experience was disappointing — it felt like we were being served leftovers, and the quality was far below expectations.

Very comfortable and friendly

The room was a great size and plenty of room to spread out. The bed was soft and, I thought, very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, would like to have seen more variety. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Would highly recommend!!

Only thing was when we got back from our cruise we stayed here too and we had to go down one floor to get ice. Would be nice if ice on every floor, just a small thing.

The stay was okay, but caused me unnecessary pain!

The property smelled good!

I had to walk, to the sister location and I have a disability! I have not been cleared to long walks yet! The extra walking caused me pain and no offered the shuttle so I walked! It caused much swelling in my leg! Very painful! I had to take extra pain medication to calm my nerve pain!

Comfort Suites...indeed!!

Friendly staff. Our suite was very spacious, comfortable & clean. Great location!! We drove from Cape Coral just to attend the Fantasia, Joe, MusicSoulchild concert at Hard Rock Live. 10 minute drive!! The hotel was quiet at night. Price was right, served all our needs.

We do not eat pork. We did not get to partake in the continental breakfast. Out of concern mainly for cross contamination from staff or your guests. Should really consider a different option in breakfast meats.
