Don’t book it! Be careful what they say they provide.

Not much, the lobby was nice, the pool area looked nice, but was freezing.

Don’t plan to sleep on the sofa bed… anything at a 2nd hand store would be 1000 times the quality. This could have easily been pulled out of a dump after sitting 10 years… it was like a sheet over springs, super dirty, and legit falling apart. It was like a loveseat pull out, definitely not big enough for 2 adults. We booked a 7 adult room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids slept on couch cushions on the floor. They were hesitant to provide enough pillows and blankets for the number of people we booked, which is crazy! We came to check in (we had requested and been approved early check in) and were told our room wasn’t ready and would be another hour still. We had to leave all of our luggage just in the open by the lobby counter and couldn’t put food in a fridge. Left and got on the busy Florida freeway, to be called within 5 minutes that our room was now ready. The pool was absolutely freezing and we have Idaho kids that play in the sprinkler as soon as it’s 78degrees outside. When asked to rate our stay while still there, I gave a low rating and was told the manager would call. They never did.

All was good Transportation from the airport to the hotel was easy and so was the transportation to the port. Breakfast was wonderful and a good variety.

Nothing short of AMAZING we will be back same time next year.

I loved the way Lucia welcomed our family. We came early from our cruise port and she allowed us to leave our bags(it was so much), and enjoy the amenities while we waited. Lucia was very patient, gentle toned, and had the best customer service. There was also a very nice older woman who like Lucia provided great customer service.

One of the staff members was easily redirected and apologized once I bought it to her attention that in the business of providing a service no matter what day you are having or how many questions are asked respect is an every time occurrence. She did apologize and soon after left. My family just received news of the death of an aunt and grace would’ve been great. Besides that everything was amazing and again she apologized and instantly fixed her attitude because she too deserves grace. (Learning experience).

Serves the purpose pre-cruise

The room was spacious and affordable with free airport transportation.

We happened to stay in the exact same suite a year ago and the air-conditioning still has not been fixed. Works but barely. The transportation to the nearby cruise port was considerably higher than other hotels (by $8pp!) With no group rates. There are limited dining options nearby, and the location makes walking difficult, making ride-sharing necessary.

Lovely reception and facilities, sub par housekeeping.

Excellent room, pool, and main lobby.

It took housekeeping 30 minutes to bring me a towel and washcloth. I called, texted, and I had to go down to the lobby and ask the receptionist for one. I even saw someone mopping the floor in the hallway and asked for a towel, but she answered a call on her cell phone and didn’t do it instead. Otherwise, my stay was lovely!

When we arrived to our room, it was obviously not ready as the beds were unmade, used towels in bathroom and trash in the trashcans. I was immediately upset because we had just had a bad experience with another hotel and I thought we were in for it again. The front desk apologized profusely and within 5 minutes moved us to another room that was an upgrade. Breakfast was good and the staff there very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay here again.

This property actually had awesome layout and the furniture would have been top of the line 20 years ago. But everything was just falling apart.

Lights burned out everywhere, breakfast was rough. Phone broken no towels, ran out of TP. Everything is banged and beat up. No soaps in the kitchen. We requested an early arrival at 12:o noon and showed up then knowing it could be we’d have to wait. I texted the property on the way there saying we were arriving on time. They didn’t even meet the 3:00pm check in we sat in the lobby 4 hours.

Distance to airport.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have preferred, weird bug in the kitchen, sheets looked questionable. Also the airport shuttle system was not great and when we finally got dropped off after waiting almost an hour the driver had the audacity to ask for a tip for “free” shuttle and then got rude when we told him we didn’t have cash. Breakfast was not great either.

The property was in a good location near the FLL Airport. It was clean.

I asked for a room overlooking the pool, none available. The girl at the front desk put me in a suite. I thought that was very nice, but the air conditioning was NOT working. It was set at 66 degrees. The room temp never got below 76 degrees!! The VERY LOUD air conditioner ran ALL NIGHT LONG! I arrived later in the evening, very tired. Thank goodness I had earplugs with me. I woke up with a terrible headache and the LOUD air conditioner was still running. (Ran the WHOLE TIME I was there) 😫

The rooms were run down. As you walk in the door of our room, the 1st thing I noticed was the large stain (bleach??) On the side of the couch facing you. The next was the age of the cushions and the fact that they were quite worn and nowhere close to being crisp. (Didn't feel like I wanted to even sit on it) we sat on the kitchen chairs. When i went to take a shower, there was not a shampoo dispenser . I called the front desk, but nothing ever showed up. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. The eggs were WET (makes you feel they were undercooked) the selection or lack of it was a big disappointment. Everyone within ear shot was saying the same thing, Yuck. We picked this Hotel for 3 reasons. First a tried and true name in the hotel business (didn't live up to our expectations at all). 2nd a good breakfast to start my day. Nothing fancy, just good taste with a little varity. Not even close, we just tossed our food in the trash. 3rd , I checked for an hotel that had shuttle service. We waited and waited. A man from a different hotel doing his pick-ups saw us waiting. He asked what was going on.We told him we've called but keep being told to be patient," it will get there as soon as possible". He said let me see what i can do and he started talking to all of the shuttle drivers.He even made sone called (several times) He said he was going to stay with us until we were picked up. And he did. I wish I had gotten the name of that Hotel, they understood the importance of customer service. We talked to some people at the hotel who said tgey finally gave up and grabbed a cab.

Disappointment.

Nice pool. Walkable to Wendy’s. Close to FLL airport

No toilet paper (NONE) in room until it was too late to notice/make a call if you know what I mean. Then there NO towels, not even a washcloth, another call. Washed my hair then the conditioner was empty on shower wall. REALLY ! Then bathroom sink was not draining. Who in the hell cleaned this room and left off the 2 most important things towels & TP. I paid $321 for this room.

Close to airport and cruise terminal, nice room overall, and close to Wendy’s fast food so you could actually walk to get dinner. The room had a full kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable.

Digital key did not work, there’s no heat, and it was chilly, so finally asked for another blanket, the toilet ran all night, and the shower gel did not work. The “courtesy” shuttle was pathetic. I understand, it is spring break, and this place is crazy, but over an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive and the hotel didn’t seem to care. Said there’s nothing they could do about it.

Rooms need updating. There were bugs, and most electrical outlets did not work. Pull out couch was terrible. My son’s back was sore for three days on our vacation because of the pullout couch bed. The overall quality of this Hilton was not what I expected. Makes me want to get rid of my Hilton rewards card and switch to another rewards card from another hotel chain. I am happy it was just for one night. Toilet was plugged and could not unplug it. The plunger they sent up to the room looked like it was 20 years old and would not work to unplug the toilet. Thank God we had another toilet to use due to it being a 7 person room.
