Excellent pre-cruise hotel, but don’t eat there if you are in a hurry.

Clean facility, comfortable rooms. Offers a pre-cruise package with three night parking. Additional parking very reasonable at $10 per day. Excellent staff.

Dinner and breakfast both took forever, easily an hour from order until food arrived. Only one server for both the bar and food at breakfast and dinner. I can only guess there was one cook in the kitchen. They need more staff for dining. Don’t eat here if you are in a hurry.

Guests piled food up in garbages overnite. Too many add one i.e., shuttle, breakfast, wanted milk for coffee but had to pay for this!

Good facility for economic stay.

This facility is perfect for a one night pre- cruise stay. It is clean and offers a small restaurant/ lounge for breakfast and dinner ( for a fee).

The couch was very uncomfortable …and the one chair is a desk chair on wheels. This presented a safe seating challenge for my husband who has a mobility problem. The front desk refused to provide me with a receipt on check out. She also refused to tell me the amount I was charged for the stay. She said because I booked through your site, my file was not accessible. Her attitude was not very helpful.

Very clean and beautiful

It took forever for someone to wait on me to check in. Then we went to eat at the restaurant and there was one lady working. Poor thing was rushing everywhere and it took forever. When our food came half of it was wrong but we had waited so long we just ate it anyway.

Some of the staff wasn't really customer oriented basically one or 2 mainly the one with the long blonde wig or hair always abrupt at times I felt & asked myself if this was the same hotel I loved for over 10yrs. The addition of breakfast when booking before was a plus I don't know wat made you'll change the breakfast included in your booking also there is not even a USB charging port in the rooms only plugs this is 2025 you'll need to update.

It was not at all like the pictures and the quality of what was shown.

It was not clean, had black mold in the room, we left and asked for money back. I am currently making sure I was not charged on my card from room. I have pictures and a receipt that I should not be charged for the stay because we left and did not stay in the room. The staff worker at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Got in late and the front desk gal was super nice and accommodating. She was kind and helpful and with us being exhausted we really appreciated her. Loved the fact you had a shuttle to the airport and that worked out great as well.

Water is not available in the rooms, necessitating a walk to the vending machine, which is not functioning on certain floors. I suggest that you provide two or three bottles of water in the room, which can be charged at the time of check-out. This way, you can refill the water daily when you send your housekeeping staff to clean the room, and they will inform you at the front desk of the number of bottles they have refilled. You can then add the water to the customer account until the check-out process.

It was decent, and right off of the highway.

I booked a room with two beds, when I arrived they give us a room with just one bed and tried to tell us, we booked it wrong while in fact I had prove of booking a room with 2 beds. Eventually they switched out the room the next day but it was very inconvenient to pack up everything and switch rooms.
