I was able to check in early and I saved some money by using the free airport shuttle service. There was also two restaurants directly across the street from the hotel.

Low water pressure in bathroom faucet but the shower water pressure was okay. No ESPN on the television.

Hotel Clean, comfortable bed, decor was moderate.Was 15 mins from FLL airport. Stayed overnight to catch my flight the next day.

Waited for the shuttle from the airport to the Holiday Inn FLL airport Sheridan Drive. The directions are not clear as to where to wait 'Stand F' there are 4. Make sure you're not standing at the tri- rail, only those that say Hotel and Airport. Keep a keen eye for the bus 'HOLIDAY INN' with a pineapple on the side. There are several buses going to many hotels they don't always announce, call customers waiting. They drive round so quickly that you can wait for ages like I did. Spoke with the hotel 3 times, said the drivers name, but I didn't see him. Ensure the hotel confirms your name and number before hanging up, or you'll end up waiting 1.5 hours for a no-show. I spoke with the driver that evening, and he said i wasn't on the schedule. I informed the hotel when i checked in of my difficulty in getting the shuttle. I rang a friend to come get me to take me to the hotel. The next day, I booked a shuttle for 4 hours before my flight. I didn't stay for the pre-booked breakfast.The receptionist the next day didn't really acknowledge me when I checked out ... was doing something on her computer, perhaps it was too early. But my night there was comfortable but short. Perhaps I will try another one as I like being close to the airport.

No tea facilities, very very minimal coffee facilities. No bottled water. The sigh for $10 parking is not in the car park but on the floor behind reception !

This was a downtown hotel with a major road outside my window because of this, I was able to hear road noise.

I did not like a single thing about this property. The price was okay and the pool is okay.

My family and I arrived on Monday June 9th, we were checked in and confirmed that breakfast was included in our reservation for 2 kids and 2 adults and were given breakfast cards(One for each day). 1st night in the room two of us took a shower and the drain was so clogged that the water was about to overflow. At that point it was midnight because we had a late flight. Told front desk in the morning and they changed us to another room. Same dirty outdated bathroom but at least the tub drained this time. We get to breakfast and was handed a menu where the kids section is barely visible. Was told kids eat free but was charged for kids anyways. Made them correct their own mistake because they are incompetent. Fast forward to my last day eating breakfast at this point all of the breakfast cards are used except the last one. I hand the card to our really rude 95 year old waitress (will be contacting corporate over her behavior) she says do you have a card with a date. I say I don't what you are talking about literally every other waitress accepted these cards EXCEPT YOU. Then she goes to the front desk and starts investigating. Looks up my room number and says oh the room is vacant I was yea they moved us which is none of your business. Then she says the card is for two adults I was like my husband is asleep in the room. What exactly is your issue? I told her once again you are the only one who had an issue and her reply was I do my job. Nah you just thought l was trying to get a free breakfast. No one on their staff is doing things across the board. That 95 year old waitress who was working the morning of Thursday June 12th should be ashamed of herself for assuming I was trying to steal a free breakfast that consisted of overcooked bacon, overcooked eggs and burnt toast. 0/10 do not recommend

i dont recall anything that wasnt as it should have been. breakfast wasnt much but i can live with that.

The outdoor seating area and pool were nice

No free breakfast even though it is advertised as such. No sink in the kitchenette and the bathroom was difficult to get to.

The property is run down, the food in the restaurant was horrible, greasy & under cooked

Pool area closed off too early, Hot tub was unpleasant for me. The flooring surface of the hot tub needs to be maintained. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

The staff were super kind. Front desk, housekeeping, our server from the bar and restaurant was the best!

The property was very beautiful and clean!! The lobby was lovely. The rooms were very spacious. Also, the property was close to everything from restaurants & shopping areas. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like how close my room was to the elevator only because I can hear loud guests in the middle of the night.

I love everything about the property, but the pool is breathtaking!!! It’s my Fourth time staying here I love it here and the staff it’s excellent!! The number one for me!!

Good location. Shuttle driver Robyn was fantastic and other staff were very helpful. Nice outdoor pool with lounging area.

This was obviously an older building that was in the process of (or had been) refurbished. Room furnishings were unmatched holdovers. Bed was very comfortable with clean white linens and great pillows.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived earlier than planned and they were able to get us an early check in time. Breakfast was delicious though a bit limited. Everyone was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were amazing!
