The Dolce hotel was much nicer than we had expected. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was very nice (almost too nice) and the breakfast was quite good too.

Nice hotel, great location across the road from the Hard Rock, but rooftop bar is noisy!

Location close to Hard Rock conference. Breakfast was goodcwith healthy choices. Staff was very friendly and aaccommodating. Loved to rooftop pool.

Wasn't told the shuttle didn't run until 2pm! A lot of people from my conference were at the hotel depending on this shuttle service. The noise from the rooftop restaurant was very disruptive. There is no need for the music to be so loud in an expensive restaurant. The ear plugs in the room don't help. Hotel management should decide if they are going to run a nightclub or hotel. Choose one.

Your front desk tell your costumers who you are she left me with a poor impression of your hospitali

When I asked the front desk the morning, when i was checking the young lady at the front desk to assist me in getting information about my points program. She was totally useless, not willing to help wouldn't give me a number. Explain to that all you have to due to provide me the information affiliated with the program i explained if she typed my phone #or address she can locate it Or at least give me a number to call Your programmage plus program and can I give me information? I explain to all she has to look and type in my address or phone number. It would come up. She seemed to be too busy to even help a customer. That's the one I checked out. It left a really negative impression, feeling. Your front desk is your entry to tell. That's what people are made. Happy will leave with a negative attitude.

Proximity to the casino.

To start, the restaurant and bar were not open on Friday from sundown to Saturday sometime (false advertisement which says the bar is open M-S 11:00 AM - 1:00AM, it was not) on the website it does show the restaurant closed on Friday however through booking.com it says G7 open M-Sun 18:00-23:30. Imagine our surprise when we show up on Friday and no rooftop bar or restaurant open! Then we discover on Saturday, their breakfast does not include an omelet bar (only on Saturday apparently). The room we were in, great view of the guitar, had a hum (from what I can only assume was the HVAC) that sounded like a jet engine idling on the tarmac. There were Bobby pins on the floor next to the bed and on the bed.

A sleek, modern and clean place to stay that’s so convenient for Hard Rock fun!

Beautiful and modern rooms - very clean and beds were comfortable. Also VERY convenient to the Hard Rock and the shuttle driver was so great. The view of the guitar is pretty incredible at night too!

The A/C is VERY noisy (they provide complimentary ear plugs in the room…possibly for that reason?). We were traveling with two other couples, both of whom had issues with their A/C units not working. One changed rooms upon check-in (when they realized it wasn’t working) and the other had their unit stop overnight. Thankfully ours worked great (except for the noise).

Amazing

Breakfast was very heavy on carbs and very light on protein. Upstairs bar in the pool area - no one spoke English - made ordering drinks a bit difficult. Great location for going to the Casino - The guys running the Valet parking were amazing and had the best personalities and willingness to help

My room next to the mechanical room, and the shower is poorly designed. The water control should have been on the other side so you could adjust the temp w/ out getting burnt

Room carpets were perpetually damp for some reason and the room smelled off. Some staff were quite unfriendly while others excelled. Vibe of hotel was ok. In my view for the price, this was not worth it.

Wonderful hotel but disappointed in pool hours.

The hotel is beautiful and so close to the hard rock. The shuttle service was wonderful as well.

We couldn’t check in until 4 and the pool was only open until 6…you can’t really enjoy the pool because it closes so early and the next day you’re checking out.

It's not a child friendly hotel. And we had no notice about that. The common areas don't allow children after 6 pm. I wish there were notice of that. What hotel doesn't allow children after 6pm? So therefore, we couldn't enjoy the ONLY restaurant in the hotel and we couldn't enjoy the pool either.

Not worth it

Everything is average.

The hotel was full, they gave me the worst room, near the AC machine. They apologize and told me that there was another room, but also with the same problem. The thing is that if they do not have decent rooms to offer, better to tell the client they are fully booked, and not offer this kind of garbage rooms, and paying the same amount for a nice room that another client got lucky to get.

Grunge music disgrace

We had booked concert tickets at Hard Rock which was very close to this hotel

The music in the bar was rude and loud. Aimed only at local trade. A fire alarm went off at 1am and no staff knew what to do as only a few hotel guests left the building. Breakfast was dreadful.

E everything about this two days vacation was terrified. The brooms are dirty refrigerated smelly overpriced. I pay $950 for two nights and I couldn’t even use the restaurant in the pool. I will never stay there ever again and I don’t recommend that place for anyone did they not care for me.

That it was close to hard rock casino for a concert that I was attending

I wasn’t happy that I got to the hotel and I wasn’t informed that nothing was available during my stay. I was so excited to go to the rooftop and to hang at the restaurant because of the reviews of it. And nothing was available due to renovations and “Holiday” weekend. I payed $400 a night for an experience when I could have stay at a cheaper hotel. It was a nice place but I wanted to take pictures and hang around the hotel. Also, me and my friend got hot during the night and lowered the AC but it never lowered to where I set it at. I was just super disappointed during my stay and not one person asked me how my stay was or the hotel, pretty sure when you have people stay at a hotel that’s usually your first question. There were no bell carts available for us when we needed help to bring our stuff up to our room. Just would’ve been nice if the staff cared for the people staying at a 4 star hotel.

Usually you pay for what you get, in this case we did not. The rooftop restaurant and bar were closed because of Passover, while I respect all religions, from a business and consumer standpoint this was extremely disappointing. In addition to these amenities being closed the rooftop pool was also closed for renovations. I paid for a room with a view, but was highly annoyed at the layout of the room. The “view” only visible from the one uncomfortable chair in front of the window or if you chose to stand and stare out the window. A view from the bed or a couch would be acceptable but paying more for these low standards is not something I’ll do again. In addition to all of this when we arrived to our room there was sticky coffee stains all around the coffee machine and hair in the shower drain. Do not waste your money here.

- Good hotel close to the casino hard rock. Nice and clean room. - The only complaint that I have is the parking when we got there is just valet parking and they don’t get you any information how the parking works there, later at the moment for check out I find out that is 35$ for night for the parking. Not problem to pay just they have to be more clear at the moment of the checking and letting me, so I am no surprise with the bill at check out

Great hotel, reasonably priced, and extremely friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location, new and very clean. The frontdesk was very helpful and kind and the staff were very polite and helpful. We will come back. I loved the shuttle service to Hardrock in particular.

Please consider adding a makeup mirror in the bathrooms. I think it would make many of your female guests, in particular, very happy. :)

Great experience and will be back!

I’m a FL local. Went to see Dave Chappelle and didn’t want to spend $900 for a room at the hard rock. Dolce was a super pleasant experience. It was only a quick overnight stay but I highly recommend it. So pretty, clean and shuttle drives you to and from the hard rock across the street.

Front desk can use a bigger space. It feels like a little convenience store not a nice hotel lobby. And it’s a nice hotel.

Roof-top restaurant fails to meet luxury expectations

It was a new hotel. Everything was shiny and clean. Attractive marble floors to leather elevators.

The restaurant on-site was not accommodating. It failed to open on time and after traveling for 5 hours in a torrential rainstorm, expecting an available on-site dining facility would have made it a perfect stay.

Over all pretty decent.. i had heard they just opened that week so i understood the hiccups..

I booked a room with a balcony.. rooms at the front of the building had nice balconys.. we got a room on the backside that had a sliding door that could open to the outside but just a rail, not a balcony.. theres a difference.. i should be reimbursed for the extra charge..
