It was a big empty shell, with faulty appliances and non working fireplace.

Location was great, close to town but still excluded. Large unit.

We were hoping for a cozy, comfortable retreat close to town with a view of the mountains where we could relax. Instead, we got the opposite. There were only bare essentials in kitchen, with no dish soap and one dirty dish towel on counter. Four towels & washcloths for three of us for a five day stay. We tried to wash towels but washer didn't work. Dryer "completion signal" went off entire time dryer was running. Called repair man but he couldn't fix them during our stay. Did give us extra towels but stated that had no washclothes. The unit was advertised with nice fireplace but sign on mantel stated fireplace was not to be used. Entire unit was stark with no pictures on the walls, only necessary furniture, very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this, or stay here again. We left a day early.

The property manager/maintenance man was so nice! Property was clean and comfortable! The TV didnt work the first day and was quickly replaced.

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the toilet had weird water pressure.

Awesome pigeon forge, Tennessee vacation.

This was my first time-traveling to pigeon forge, Tennessee. I traveled with a total of 8 people, including my children and grandchildren. We had the most amazing time there. The condo unit number 5 had a pool view that over looked awesome mountains.. You could see Jehovah God's beautiful creation of the mountains. It was an amazing view. The game room was a nice touch. We played table Tennis foosball and air hockey for hours . We also visited wonder works, the wilderness smokies indoor water park. Go carting cookout restaurant. Spoon and brick restaurant which had the best pancakes ever. The service was great, the food was totally fresh. We went to an appalachian mountains National Park in North Carolina to see elk. And we saw a few bear on roaring fork rd nature park in Tennessee. Everyone was extremely friendly. As one of Jehovah's witnesses, I had the privilege of meeting some friends doing SMPW cart witnessing at the pigeon forge nature park It was just an amazing vacation. Josh was wonderful that oversees the property. The property was clean. The check-in and check out was easy. We had an issue with one of the TVS. He simply switched out one TV from another unit. It worked out perfectly. The unit we stayed in accommodated 10 people, 4 full bunk beds, 2, full baths and a king sized bed. I will definitely stay here again. There were so many things we did. And many, many more, we didn't have time to do. all in al,l one of the best vacations ever

The location was great close enough to town to see all the attractions but far enough away that we had our own private space quiet area and was not interrupted by all of the noise of the parkway

The view was amazing. The pool was great. The game room was a plus. It was easy getting in and out for us very conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable. You have all the amenities of home. The whole place was very spacious.

The driveway was never narrow going up to the parking lot.

Loud noise when flushing toilet. Reported but not fixed while we were there. We just flushed with pour water into commode.

I did ask for a room for 10 without bank beds...but got bunk beds anyway.

The location was beautiful... the room and facilities were very very nice...

I could not rate staff... as I never met any Staff... and that is ok...just wanted to stress why I could not give a better rating.... the only concern I had was the bunk beds.. we were old women..

Faucet in kitchen had no water pressure. A/c unit too loud,. Next door did not observed the quiet time. In pool at 11:00. Room next to our bedroom sound like they were lifting weights and dropping them well past midnight.

The view of the mountains from the Clubhouse was spectacular! The kids really enjoyed the pool the most and the apartment was very nice and clean. I had a problem and I contacted management and they fixed the problem right away. This place is Just as described and shown in the pictures. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The plumbing wasn’t all that great. It made weird noise every time the toilet flushed and the water pressure went down.

Condos were spacious and the location was perfect for our daily trips to Dollywood. Dog friendly with an awesome dog park.

Comfortable, quiet, homey, close to stores and fun things to do

Loved everything about this condo! We had a pool table all to ourselves in it. It was very roomy and homey feeling. The bed was so comfortable and big. Everything was pretty clean. The pool was an awesome bonus. It was clean and warm water. The nice private picnic table out the back door was also nice.

The kitchen could’ve been better stocked with cooking, preparation dishes. It was a little tricky not having a good amount of dishes to use to cook with. The only other thing was the floor could’ve been cleaned a little better.

Place had a beautiful view of the mountains was very quiet there except for the 2 times the lawn guys came to mow the lawn after 7 am Maintenance person was very helpful on anything we asked/needed

The bedroom fan needs to have a remote it was on low and it was too high to reach it to turn it up. No hangers in the closet, the freezer froze all the ice so you couldn't get any out and it froze my freezer containers to the bottom that I couldn't get them out My opinion you should have some kind of directions in the place - like what time the shuttles comes, how to empty the garage when they aren't open

Wonderful getaway for the family!

The location was close enough to the main strip to be there in minutes, but it was far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet! The unit was super clean and freshly remodeled! Very nice!

There is no shade/curtain over the balcony doors. The furniture and beds are very low to the ground. After walking in the mountains all day getting out of that low to the ground bed was a challenge!
