Christmas Vacation 2025

Everything was perfect. The free breakfast was really good. We loved the gravy biscuits and eggs. The location was perfect and close to the attractions we visited. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the Apple Barn and shops being so close to the hotel. We stayed the week of Christmas and the decorations and lights were beautiful. We'll definitely come back again.

The only thing we didn't like was our trip wasn't long enough.

All was perfect. We stay here whenever we are in Tennessee.

We were in a handicap room which was fine but, the shower for even a handicap person was set up weird. No place for soap shampoo, wash rag to lay or hang. The shower hose handle was at opposite end of where person would sit or stand .

I was literally blown away by the cleanliness and tidyness of this hotel. It exceeded my expectations as a person who is OCD about everything being clean. I see now why they have high positive google reviews. My room was spotless and for me to say that, says alot because I am so OCD about EVERYTHING being clean. It makes me wonder if their management is also OCD like myself :)

The only complaint I have, not related to this hotel facility, is the loud explosion sounds that came from across the hwy, from this hotel every night close to midnight, which I later found out was fireworks?

Our stay was memorable and perfect!

Everything at the Inn was perfect! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the amenities were so nice! The pool was warm and clean, the complimentary beverages in the lobby were a great personal touch, and the outdoor space and balcony's attached to the rooms were so nice. Overall, I will be recommending this hotel to all family and friends.

Staying here has become a holiday tradition!

My husband and I have stayed here twice. Each visit has been amazing. From the moment you enter the building, you're met with the nicest, most helpful staff. Rooms are immaculate. The entire property is charming and well kept. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay is everything you could hope for. The little extra touches such as sitting down with a steaming cup of apple cider was a great way to end a day full of activities. Breakfast was delightful! Truly, The Inn at Apple Valley has spoiled us for staying anywhere else.

Everything was well above our expectations and we plan on staying again.

The experience was way more than we expected. We were very happy and plan on staying there again. The location was convenient and easy to enter and exit. The hallways had a pleasant smell and our room was very clean. When we walked in, you could smell the cleaning supplies that were used to clean it. The lobby had an apple fragrance which was welcoming. The employees were very nice. We received a phone call shortly after we arrived in our room to make sure all was well and asked if we needed anything. We were surprised to see plastic around the mattress which helps prevent bed bugs. This shows that customer’s well being is a priority. The breakfast was nice. We loved the apple and bear waffles. This Inn is inexpensive and a great place to stay.

Overall, a great and comfortable stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here when visiting Dollywood. The location is very close to all of the main attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The only thing I can think of is when we were bringing our bags up to our room on the third floor, the elevator door started closing and when we tried to stop it with our arm, the door did not stop right away. It seemed like it was a little harder to keep from closing than it should have been.

40th anniversary get away

We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant time at a reasonable price.

Very clean. No nasty carpet in the rooms. We even had a balcony to sit and look out. They even had an extra sink and vanity outside the restroom so I could get ready while my husband showered.

The speed bumps in the parking lot were line boulders. This was my only complaint.
