The experience was way more than we expected. We were very happy and plan on staying there again. The location was convenient and easy to enter and exit. The hallways had a pleasant smell and our room was very clean. When we walked in, you could smell the cleaning supplies that were used to clean it. The lobby had an apple fragrance which was welcoming. The employees were very nice. We received a phone call shortly after we arrived in our room to make sure all was well and asked if we needed anything. We were surprised to see plastic around the mattress which helps prevent bed bugs. This shows that customer’s well being is a priority. The breakfast was nice. We loved the apple and bear waffles. This Inn is inexpensive and a great place to stay.

Overall, a great and comfortable stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here when visiting Dollywood. The location is very close to all of the main attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The only thing I can think of is when we were bringing our bags up to our room on the third floor, the elevator door started closing and when we tried to stop it with our arm, the door did not stop right away. It seemed like it was a little harder to keep from closing than it should have been.

A happy place

The staff was wonderful, they helped us a lot. The elevator it didn't work. But we still enjoy our stay. The rooms was very comfortable. We had a nice view and y'all did do a good job on the breakfast. We enjoyed it very, very much. And we will be back and stay in there. Thank you.

About the elevator that always stay broken, but we still enjoy our stay great breakfast and the staff was great. They helped us when we needed to go down the stairs and up the stairs. A very nice place.I will be back

We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant time at a reasonable price.

Very clean. No nasty carpet in the rooms. We even had a balcony to sit and look out. They even had an extra sink and vanity outside the restroom so I could get ready while my husband showered.

The speed bumps in the parking lot were line boulders. This was my only complaint.

Good hotel to stay at.

The location was perfect.

I didn’t like that house cleaning would show up most days at 1530. It was a bit inconvenient as we would be gone all morning and when we got back most days our room was not cleaned until the afternoon.

Perfect, good smelling hotel!

This was our first time staying here & it did not disappoint! It was the sweetest hotel & the best smelling hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It smells like apples constantly! ALL of the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Our room had a view of the outdoor pool for the first 2 nights, we decided to stay a 3rd night and we moved to a room with a view of the apple orchard. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. My kids really enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. We really liked that we had a private balcony as well. We also really enjoyed the hot apple cider every time we walked through the lobby. We will absolutely be staying here again.
